Ich wollte es aus nostalgischen Gründen mal wieder anspielen. Mein Account ist natürlich schon lange nicht mehr existent, deswegen: Neuregistrierung.

Es ist jetzt ca 16 Stunden her und ich habe noch keine Registrierungsmail bekommen. Dann eben nicht.

So weit, so gut.
I was really reluctant to buy the game by the looks of it. Early access and all. So I bought it under the premise to just have a quick look any maybe return it if it's too spooky, not spooky at all or just unplayable buggy. A few hours later and I'm a big fan.
Of course there are still a few bugs (Items appearing all black when you drop them or the rug glitching through them on the ground for example), but nothing gamebreaking (so far). And the game idea is simply awesome.
PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT THE BASIC GAMESTYLE. I've seen so many games ruined by that.
Now to my list (I hid a few things just to not spoiler people that haven't played the game yet. Nothing is really a "spoiler", but much more fun if you discover it yourself):

PROs:
- Making sure which kind of spirit you are dealing with is surprisingly difficult, which makes it really realistic, props to that. For example: sometimes you can only be safe-ish what you're dealing with by facing the spirit alone. But that is also incredibly risky, I for my part am not a fan of it. Too spooky.
- The atmosphere, of course, depends how you play with others. But it can go from "Come on, little dead guy, give us a sign. Or a dance. Just give us anything" to "♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥, please don't leave me alone" really quickly. Joking at one moment does not safe you from hyperventilating in the next.
- Ingame global voice chat works just fine. I love how it cuts off when one player is cornered sometimes

CONs:
- The local voicechat should be running permanently, without the need to press a button. It's the equivalent of hearing people because they are nearby, so it's only logical. Plus this way it could be implemented that spirits are able to react to noises you make involuntarily (I really don't need this game to be even more spooky, but this would be great)
- One thing that REALLY bugs me: why can I only take three items with me? Do the charakters not know how to use pockets or bags? I hope there will be an option to buy a bag for a few more items to carry at once.
- The walking and running is SO. SLOW. I was shocked to read in an update that they already increased the running speed, because I can not imagine it to be any slower.
- I have my flashlight turned on, another item in hand. I switch to the flashlight (as item in hand) and have to turn it on again. That is REALLY unfavorable in a situation where you need. that. light! Works for other items, too, the EMF reader for example. If items stay turned on when I put them on the ground, they should stay on when I switch through my items.

That's it for now, I'm really excited to see how they further improve the game.

Das Spiel ist ok.

Dieses Spiel hat SO viel Content, unglaublich. Ich habe es anfangs nur als Minecraft-Verschnitt gespielt, ein bisschen bauen, ein bisschen Gegner kloppen, hin und wieder Cthulhu oder andere kleine Bosse schlagen. Aber irgendwann habe ich dann mal Dinge gegooglet, mit denen ich ingame nichts anfangen konnte, und man oh man, haben sich mir da Welten geöffnet.

Fast ein must-have für Spieler, die gerne Häuser, Städte, Welten bauen. Und selbst Spieler, die sich im Vorfeld alle Tutorials anschauen und nur Bosse besiegen wollen, kriegen mit Terraria mehr als genug für ihr Geld.
Wenn man eine gute Mischung mag ist das Spiel ein Traum!

Im Singleplayermodus genauso gut wie im Multiplayer.

Sehr gutes, kurzweiliges Spiel. Ist zwar nur einmal durchspielbar (sicherlich auch zweimal, wenn man beide Rollen einmal gemacht haben möchte), aber für 5€ lohnt sich das auf jeden Fall. Im Vergleich: bei einem Kinobesuch kriegt man für diesen Preis nur etwa die halbe Zeit Unterhaltung! Bei einem Rätsel sind wir fast verzweifelt, aber nur weil wir uns die Informationen, die wir schon bekommen haben, nicht gut genug gemerkt haben.. also alles lösbar und fair, definitiv empfehlenswert!

Die Spielbeschreibung auf Steam wurde offenbar für ein anderes Spiel geschrieben..
Dennoch ist Little Nightmares ein sehr unterhaltsames, wenn auch kurzes Spiel.

Dauer: ca 4 Std Story, wahrscheinlich weniger, wenn man sich nicht so doof anstellt wie ich.

Die Bilder und die Animationen finde ich wunderschön und in einigen Momenten auch passend gruselig. Die Story ist fantasievoll und an einigen Stellen überraschend, aber sehr straight, zu entdecken gibt es nicht viel.

20€ ist für dieses Werk mMn ein sehr fairer Preis, zum Vergleich: Kino ist teurer ;)

I played the closed alpha and bought this game fully aware of what I may encounter.
I love this game.

Yes, render distance and graphics with almost minimum system requirements are bad, but I still get a solid 30 (up to 60) fps.
And more optimization is to come.

This game is a perfect mix of pve and pvp. Perfect mix of sneaking stealthy and bombing your way through. Every possible playstyle has its ups and downs, its advantages and disadvantages. Charging in may give you some quick kills whilst camping may make you vulnerable to players that scan their area properly.
The permadeaths make it quite a thrill if you've upgraded a hunter a few times and grew attached to him.

But a warning: if you're not ok with some bugs, crashes, maybe even losing progress to bugs, wait some more! But don't buy the game and give a bad review because you expect a fully optimized, working game.

Der Anfang zieht sich lange hin, aber es lohnt sich. Möchte es eigentlich direkt noch einmal spielen um andere Spieloptionen ausuzprobieren.






Tipp: Den Properties-Ordner vom Spiel im Hintergrund geöffnet lassen, damit ihr ein Auge darauf behalten könnt.

Update: This game has been really well improved. 99% of the time I play as a survivor, so I can't say much from the killers POV. Rounds seem to be matched better, I haven't encountered a lot of bad manner survivors or killers lately and the timelimit as soon as one gate is open is a huge improvement.
Also, the sheer amount of killers, survivors, maps and perks will keep you on edge, it's not easy to get to know all of them.

Old review:Can't recommend. Only a small fraction of the rounds are any fun. Always having to expect to get yet another tunneling/camping killer or a try-hard-hillbilly with 3 max stalking perks and 2 ultra rare steering add-ons on coldwind farm is a major down on this game.

It's just pure luck, regardless of levels and played hours, wether you get matched with a fair killer or a dumb tunneler (one that only chases one survivor until he's dead, no matter the circumstances), camper (just staying at or near a hook, not caring for anything else that happens, often combined with tunneling) or whatsoever.
Works the other way as well, as a killer I got matched with survivors that hide endlessly without doing anything- almost impossible to find good hiders without advanced perks-, survivors that refused to run through the exit gates (after they juked me for what felt like hours bc they are already prestige 3 with 400+ played hours while I'm just learning to play killer) or with groups that stay together forever and abuse my not trying to tunnel by instantly unhooking and bodyblocking or similar.

There is just a much too high chance that the next round will be cancer again. There is even no use playing with 4 other friends because that option doesn't reward any bloodpoints.

Maybe a matchmaking possibility to match negatively marked players only with other negatively reported players would better it a bit.

Edit: still a chance to get bm survivor/killers, but if you play with 2-3 friends as a survivor team at least half of the rounds can be fun.

Interessante Geschichte, nette Figuren, aber mit 6-7 Std Spielzeit wirklich sehr kurz.
Ich hab mir das Spiel im Angebot für 5€ geholt, für den Originalpreis wäre mir das deutlich zu wenig.

Ich habe nach der Spielbeschreibung eher etwas erwartet, das eine bessere Brücke schlägt zwischen realen psychischen Störungen und der Umsetzung im Spiel. Ist mMn nicht besonders gut gelungen und vor allem aufgrund des Endes nicht für Personen mit psychischen Störungen zu empfehlen.
