What cities skylines 2 wishes it could be. And dont let any of the reviews scare you off with their " its so complicated, so many layers!" there is a good tutorial scenario. and you can Realllly tailor the difficulty to your own desires. start small. Very rewarding gameplay loop

Unique! this is a unique experience in the automation genre, and i am 100% here for it. the terrain manipulation is a unique twist on managing resources. a little complicated, as any automation game should be. However the tutorial does a good job of setting you up with good habits for your future endeavors.

You get what you pay for. a rare gem in modern gaming. a finished, polished product released and ready for 100% enjoyment without any additional currency. 10/10. A lovely RPG for anyone and everyone to enjoy.

at this exact moment. ive won my 10th random battle and the game suggests i come leave a review likely as they know this is the "honeymoon" period of a typical free to play, pay to win. power creep. battlepass system. and sure, its been fun up till this point. im about two games away (win or lose) from getting my first carrier. however I do suspect this will take a sharp decline in higher teirs. that is how power creep tends to work after all, but as of my playtime at this review it has been good fun.

admittedly, big boats, not unlike trains tickle a special place in my engineer brain. biased as i may be. i will be back to update this review with the falloff time of fun:free ratio as i intend to spend zip for cash on this.

Well im back, the answer is Tier 5, you will be tossed into the pay-to-win meatgrinder shamelessly. fun while it lasted. time to thumbs down

never played CoH series. this is my first game in the series and I got it for free. that being said it was half finished buggy and early access beta at best. being sold for triple A shelf pricing. first major patch comes along to add TWO new currencies to the game.( a game that does not use currency to play in anyway.. almost certainly these two new currencies are for microtransaction Bs. ) and with that im gonna check out. Greedy lil company. gameplay isnt half bad.. for being half finished. could have had potential.. but they are already trying to milk the cow and it doesnt even have 4 legs yet. Spend your money ANYWHERE else.

Super greedy with the DLC. nothing bad to say about the gameplay, super fun game. if you got $200+ to blow on making it a complete experience. feels like they are competing with EA/the sims for 'most milked DLC game of the year'
