Sorry for the extremely late reply. I just happened to get up now from my eternal slumber. haha
From what I have seen of Day-Z it looks extremely sick! The whole idea of an open world filled with zombie NPC's and real people whom whilst due to their liking to either side with you or turn against you in an instant to take and hoard you supplies. The whole open aspect of it is extremely sick. You'll have to tell me more that the basic stuff of it I know already.
