This game never ceases to amaze me. The art style is beautiful and really gives the game its atmosphere. Ever been out when the snow is falling lightly on the ground and you feel the crunch of the snow beneath your feet? That is the feeling this game gives you. It is the ultimate game in atmosphere. The wildlife is dangerous but not all that common so most of your time is spent just surviving and trudging through snow in the beautiful wilderness. This game is man vs. nature, not man vs. enemy. That is what separates this game from others. It is a fair game about survivng a cold winter. Nothing more, nothing less.

Also, permadeath in this game is awesome. The rare encounter with animals makes it so much more terrifying since if you die, you die for good.
