Graphics are good as far as MMOs go, character designs are excellent - minus the western localization/bastardization part of that, music is nice and fitting to each location. Game performance is alright, though 5 years old components might struggle a bit on max settings.

Gameplay is generally fun and fast, though not as lightning fast as Path of Exile, but it has a few issues like a bit of a visual effect overload, especially in parties, which can be reduced in the graphics settings. Sometimes you also get stuck on some protruding terrain when trying to use movement skills, which is always annoying. Some of the raid/boss mechanics are also simply stupid, because party wipes due to one rando (including me) making a mistake or not even knowing he made a mistake because there is not much of an explanation of the boss fight mechanics in the game and no way to try them by yourself... that's just silly.

The lore of the world is awesome, I can see a fair bit of Warhammer and 40k influence in all the demon stuff and also in certain designs, which makes me chuckle at those properties. There's lots of interesting characters who I would like to have as companions or foes in a full on RPG, but the type of this game sadly limits how much you can interact with them, personal quests or not. And the dialogues are quite entertaining.

Now, the localization. I don't think I ever saw a worse job that what is in this game, though I don't normally go looking out for the game equivalent of Who Killed Captain Alex, which is where I would expect such issues. While as I said, I find the dialogues fun and all, there are not just some very peculiar translations - not that I speak korean but some text is rather obvious in this regard - but there is a huge amount of simple grammar mistakes. I mean basic things like letters out of order, aka somebody not using a damn spellcheck, and a handful of times it becomes completely garbled nonsense. This is mostly in the later quests and on some islands, so quality control just gave up on their job as it seems. The weird translations can also get confusing. For example, one island has a snowball talking about wanting to become a "snowfolk". What the hell is a snowfolk? Folk... that is another word for human, for man. So it means snowman. I would suggest deporting whoever wrote that straight from the office, by the means of a shoe hitting their buttocks. Then there's the fact that some of the spoken lines in cutscenes do not match the lines written in the subtitles, for whatever reason. And some names also have different translations in different places in the game, but that is rare and tolerable.
There's also graphics changes, and besides randomly changing NPC skin colors in a manner that oftentimes ends up looking like a graphics glitch, there is one really weird example. One NPC in Rohendel that changes models - it is clothing in this case - based on where she is at the moment in the quest line, from the original model to the censored western model. There is no reason for it in the story, it is simply an error that was introduced in this version and which more or less negates the efforts of making that censored model in the first place.
And lastly, the launch did not go all that great, which should have been the main reason why anyone would choose Amazon as a publisher, to get someone who can provide the servers and expertise for a smooth game launch.

The koreans made a legit good game with a couple of flaws, and their western business partners introduced new amateur mistakes into the international release, dragging the quality lower than it should be. And I hope this will make others think twice about working with Amazon.
