i wear glasses and i have braces (soon to be retainers) and i've never been cool enough to hang out with the cool kids nor smart enough to be with the asian algebra geniuses calculating next month's rent inbetween classes . i also havent had soda. ever. no idea if thats relevant or not
so you can probably guess how i an physically. ley me tell ya. not great
i'm training as a cross country runner which is more cardio and mental focused rather than actual raw strength and while my legs are like decently strong (i can flex my calves :D) i don't think i could muster up the energy to bench like 60 pounds. i have never given anyone a piggy back ride before
i was doing pushup rows but because my arms are so weak i had to do the pushups on my knees and the weights were only 8 pounds so thats not good. and i did 16 total at a time with 8 on each side 3 times if that makes sense tl;dr i did 24 pushup rows for my left and right arms respectively
and the 48th pushup row. my GOD. i couldnt do it! i dont know what happened but when i went down i couldnt get up with pushups formation. and my arms are still tired its hard for me to hold my phone up to type this
i'm weak
