Tower defense is one of my favorite genres and the incorporation of roguelite has really led to some interesting games being created. Everwarder is one of these, blending the two in a very cool way. You basically get to choose which enemies to fight, the path they will take, all while exploring, upgrading, and building up your defenses. The gameplay is a bit chaotic, there is a lot happening on the screen at any given time, but as you gradually get introduced to everything you have more control than what it may look like.

A competent action roguelite that can be played in 4-player co-op. Sworn follows the Hades formula for the most part. You go through rooms, killing mobs, gaining boons, and choosing the next room until you face a boss, and then the formula repeats for the next area.

The difference comes in the hub, Sworn has four characters, and they all have four different weapons and four different specials, and it makes sense as the game can be played in co-op. Even though I play mostly single-player, it gives me a ton of options to mess around with. Overall, I really like the game, it's fast and precise with a ton of options.

I soo wanna like this game, but it just can't deliver a good enough experience for me to recommend it. I do see the potential, but it has a long way to go.

I have spent way more time in this game than I ever thought I would, and I will definitely complete it a couple of more times before I'm done. It perfectly tickles the brain with it's addictive nature, fun yet simple gameplay, and a deep upgrading system taking the form of a town.

This game is fun, I'm kind of surprised how much I liked the game.

I have played about 12 hours now, and I kind of like where the story is going and how it's progressing. The writing isn't the best, but it is good. The game is much slower than I would have thought, and I think it's a good thing. The survival mode starts off quite slow, letting you get set up before ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan. I haven't run into any real technical issues, which have been nice. I don't know how insane it might get later or in higher difficulty of survival, but for now I really like the game.

I had a good time playing Snow Riders. This game is much like their previous game you only switch out the bike for skis and dirt for snow. The premise is simple, get down the mountain as fast as possible. There are shortcuts and different tracks all over the place and if you as much as touch a rock or tree, you fall over.

It's a lot of fun and I would recommend playing it with friends, as it makes for a fun party game.

Overall the game has a lot of things going for it. The story is somewhat interesting, it plays okay, the aesthetics are nice, but nothing here is amazing. The game starts off a bit too slow for my liking and is a bit empty.
This does change and get better an hour in but the gameplay remains a bit sluggish. I do like that the whole game is fully voice acted, but an hour in and I have barely gotten anything new and interesting to use. The map and world also feel like a maze and it's a bit hard to know where to go and where you have been. I hope you get a map later in the game to make this a bit better.

This is not a game ,I can't recommend it at all. Sure it might be a bit more fun later when you have more things unlocked or with friends, but with the gameplay experience I had in the game, It doesn't look promising.
The fundamentals for an okay game exist but the choices in gameplay can't be defended, it is boring, frustrating, empty and repetitive.

I had a really good time playing Emberward, it's a very colorful and charming game that brings the best elements from tower defense and marries it with roguelite elements.

There are a bunch of interesting towers, powerups and ways the game change up the gameplay, I wish there where a more robust upgrading system for the towers, longer campaigns and a few more game modes. The game is how ever in early access so that might be something that will be implemented with time.

This one have been a blast to play! It starts of very easy but after a few successful runs the game really ramps up. It is your standard vampire survivors type game but played over several maps as you travers a map with multiple paths.

It’s easy to get in to and easy to get addicted to with a ton of different upgrades and weapons. There aren't that many characters and the meta progression is a bit boring, but the gameplay is lovely and the progression on a run is amazing.
