Was fun for a while, but when the materials required to repair items became item specific I basically spent most of my time repairing instead of building.
Initially a stone called quardits was used as an almost universal repair currency. The game just doesn't work for me anymore.

Example: Your ladybug axe is damaged, so you must kill a lady bug to repair it. During your fight with the lady bug your ant armor became damaged. So now you need to find ants. You used your spider bow to fight the ants, which is now damaged. Time to go fight spiders to repair your bow, but don't forget build your base. But the act of cutting grass damaged your lady bug axe...........

If this has changed please let me know.

ur jsut bad at the game bro xD....get better armor...get better wepons...upgrade them so they dont break as fast maybe...repair glue is very easy to make

I recommend just using higher tier weapons to kill stuff that's hard to kill, like the boss spider thing that currently exists, idk if there's more than one boss though, gonna wait alot on the game to get updates and still gonna wait a while, just gonna let this chill till it gets a full release, might finally get a sale aswell. also for tools just use the better tools only for stuff that requires the better tools, feels dumb but thats how it is.

@RockingQuix Or, do what literally every other successful survival crafting game has done and allow for variables such as hunger/thirst burn rate and material scarcity to be adjusted before game start, so that individual players can tailor their game instances to their own tastes.
That way everyone else can play the way it was on release if they want, and you can handicap yourself and tell everybody how great you are at survival crafting games on somebody else's review.
