It deserves more then mixed. Yes, it's not 'free' as you require both games and various DLCs if you wish to play with every single current race available but it's clearly labelled as such. (Even if for a short duration it slipped their minds to make sure that it was enforced in the game, big oops there, huh? CA)

It works as advertised and with the recent fixes in the turn times it has become even more enjoyable.
