Two things:
1) Memes. We've had issues with memes at previous events. Some Redditors lobbied to bring them back for /r/DotA2, feeling that they deserved another chance. That was a mistake. Memes are an ass, and we won't be working with them again.
2) As long as we're firing memes, we are also firing the explanation department that we've been working with on the MemeExplainBot. They will be replaced, and we hope to get this turned around before the drama ends.
