This is everything that the original is, but with improvements in an order of magnitude. This game is filled with love and passion by Stardock. It will be a staple for serious RTS space game lovers. Oh, and don't worry, this supports stupidly slow games for people like me. This does not have to be played while on speed. I play it in a relaxing and exciting way.

Without holding back, I can say that I truly LOVE this game. It is now in my top 5 all time best 4X games. Well done Stardock.

Now... Most importantly, who is making the Star Wars mod? I am ready!!! ;)

Talk about a turn around...

This is just so huge. I cannot recommend this enough.

I have failed with every character, but that is part of the joy.

All of the changes since the first time I tried this are jarring, but I really do love how all of this has turned out so far. There is still a long way to go but it's definitely a worth while purchase, even now.

I loved good ol 'Jones in the fast lane' and I enjoyed 'This Grand Life 1' for a while, but it was little monotonous. This is a massive improvement to part 1. It's real time and you can set your characters to to do things automatically. It feels sooo much better and I am looking forward to discovering all of it's fun little quirks.

I will not be forced to sign up to another third party service. Not cool

Oh yes!

This tickles my Klei and school of witchcraft and wizardy funny-bone. You feel a little bit of Oxygen Not Included and a bit of Don't Starve here. It's definitely worth the money. Early access has always been an excellent path for Klei games.
