One of the best narrative driven RPGs I have ever played, probably top 3, despite the clearly rushed act 3( quite buggy and tons of cut contents ) and VERY RUSHED endings ( and seriously, no companions epilogues in a game where companions are such highlights are super anticlimactic ).

But almost everything else is straight up aces. VO, animation, stories (except for some plots point towards the end ), music, comabt, etc are just stellar.

Will probably do a "perfect" run once/if most of the issues are ironed out and also recommend this to anyone who is even remotely interested in RPGs.

Pro:
-Good Graphic and well optimized
-Beautiful and distinct environments
-Easy but fun combat
-Decently voice-casted and actual, decent character interactions and developments
-Story is well written for this kind of games, especially if you are familiar with the comic(not MCU), tons of cameo and easter eggs.
-Soundtracks are awesome together with some great 80s music

Neutral
-Not bug free, I encoutered one progress-stopping bug early on and some visual bugs here and there
-Combat is way too easy and have next to no depth even on the hardest difficulty. Not an issue for me personally since challenge is not what I was looking for in this game
-Banters between characters are super frequent. I am okay with it but I can see it becoming annoying for some

Con:
Honestly can't think of any aside from the abovementioned neutral points

A great "20 hours action adventure game", bonus point if you like marvel and 80s music.

This is one of the better RPGs I have played in recent years, but I do wanna preface that I have certain preference with RPG in a sci fi/modern/Post apocalypse setting.
So I am not gonna spoil too much, just a few pros and cons, and I obviously like it enough to write a positive review so take it however you will.
Pro:
-Good roleplay component, both in terms of plot and character building. You have a lot of freedom with how you can build you characters, react to NPCs/factions and your choice does matter in tangible ways that can both affect the playthrough and the endings.
-Characters and factions you met are interesting and diverse, and a lot of call backs and easter eggs if you played the previous games.
-The writing is hilarious and full of humor (and dark humor), definitely one of the better written games in recent years.
-The world of Colorado is not big compares to most open world games, but pack full of contents and worth exploring all of them.
-Soundtrack is absolute banger.

Neutral:
-The voice acting is mediocre.
-While it is not buggy, this game is certainly far from bug free. Thankfully nothing a reload can’t solve, and you can even find save editor to tailor certain thing if you want.

Con:
-The difficulty I feels…a bit off. I feel like this game encourage “alpha strike” and crits too much when you can take out more half of enemies in a rocket shot if you strike first, and enemies can do the same if they got the first shot off. Covers often means next to nothing and combat can generally be finished in a few turns, which IMO, really limit the tactical playstyle such as zoning and flanking.
-The main story line is kinda weak and not very long, which, honestly is not an uncommon theme of this kind of games, but I still feel like it can be elaborate a bit more. Also, really not a fan of how a certain plot line which involves a certain character from previous games are handled, feel like shoehorned in just to provide a different choice.
-Speaking of which, a few choices in the game feel like was desgined to force players to make hard moral choices but instead came off as shoehorned in and sacrfices believability, making player choose for the sake of choosing if you will.
-Using unity engine really limited the technical aspects of this game. It looks a bit outdated, runs not as well as it should be on my PC (i7-9700,2070, 32gb ram), loading time is longer than it should even with SSD. Hopefully inXile can move on from it in the future.

PVE is generally pretty fun, especially master level activities and raids.
Everything outside of that, namely pvp and gambit is absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Pros:
1. Gameplay is surprisingly fluid, action-packed and fun instead of just button mashing. I only have Mage and Waywatcher to the level cap, but withour spoiling anything, Mage (to a lesser extend, WW) in this game is one of the most fun I had playing a caster/range character in the isometric ARPG.
2. They do nailed the aesthetics of the Warhammer Fantasy World for the most part.
3. Boss fights ranging from amazing to decent, and all of them have tangible mechanics that you can't just brute force through (at least not when you first encounter them) make boss fights actually fun and again not just smashing buttons against a big damage sponge.

Cons:
1. No graphic setting in 2019, whoa. And the graphic itself is very meh.
2. Tons of reused assets, also said be to pretty buggy, although I haven't personally encountered too many of them outside of the inventory bug that have to restart the game to fix.
3. Pretty short campaign, around 10-12h (I played on very hard for the 1st playthrough), and the story is as thin as a paper.
4. Voice acting IMO ranging from decent (Mage, Soldier), to okayish (Slayer), to terrible (Waywatcher, her VO feels like old lady trying to play as a teenage girl and failed miserably).
5. The content is only maybe worth half the price. There is no end games, and no varieties in enemy types, maps or loots, you basically doing what exactly you would do in campaign on the same 4 maps, being literally showered with reds (heroics, bis in the game) when you starting doing contents after the campaign, and from my experience, you only have 3 sets of gear that matters. There is no incentive to do harder difficulties except for challenge since you already got so many reds doing easier contents and there is no "ancient" items either.

All in all, can't recommend this unless you are some die-hard WHFB fan (i,e, me) who were desperate for some actions in the Old World, even then I would still suggest wait for some decent sales.

Don't get me wrong, this is a very solid game. Just unfortunately a bad Fallout game.If it does not have Fallout in its title, I will probably give it a 8/10 or 8.5/10, but since it is Fallout game, I can only give it a 5/10.

Update:
After a extensive amount of playtime, i am regret to say that this game can be describe as the one word that should never ever to use for a Fallout game, shallow. This is barely a RPG anymore, more of open world action shooter like Farcry.

The majority of quests are basically go talk to someone, fetch something or kill some stuffs, the different approaches to finish quests are basically gone, let alone diplomatic approaches. I will give a example here. In one of missions, you can find a guy who is adding some strange ingredients in the canned meat that causes people eating it sick. After you discover the truth, there is only one options: kill him. Is this really a Fallout game? I mean I most likely can atleast blackmail him, leave him be or maybe kill him in the previous Fallout game given similiar situations.

Player customization has been stripped aparted. S.P.E.C.I.A.L no longer matters anymore, since you can just add 1 point whenever leveled up. Skills are gone, some of them got intergrated into the new perk system, but the new perk system seems a bit over-simpiflied, but that is just my personal opinion. But why there is no perk check in the dialog? And don't get me started on the stupid dialog system, yes/no/sarcastic/what?, really? I know this probably have something to do with the voiced protagonist, but honestly? I don't give a ♥♥♥♥♥ about it, and i would go with a silenced protagonist with more comprehenisve dialog options any day of the week.

There are also some minor stuffs that I don't like about this game, like Power Armor all of sudden needs a battery, and the settlement can just use water purifier to purify the water, while in FO1 and FO3, atleast need someting like GECK or project purity to archieve the some goal, etc.

Look, I am not typing this wall of texts to hate the game. On the contrary, I love Fallout series to the death, it is my all time favorites. It just really saddens me that my beloved franchise has become something that it is not. We don't play Fallout to just shoot stuffs, or build and manage settlements, there are other games that far better on those aspects. We play Fallout because it is a immersive world that we can live through our post-apocalypse role-play fantasy. Unfortunately Betheseda seems to forget that, and has taken out alot of stuff that made the series great in the past. I will still play every single mission, explore every location in the map in the game, just because this is a Fallout game. But I am really worried about how the future of the series will turn out to be.

这个手柄并不差。steam真该加一个“很一般/没什么特别”之类的评测选项,因为很多时候很难以单纯的好坏/推荐或者不推荐来衡量一个产品,就好比这个手柄。
Pro

Con

You first kill Nazis, and kill Nazi supersoldiers, then kill Nazi zombies, and finally kill supernatural monster created by a holy roman emperor.
