Game is super buggy and crashes frequently. And this is just in the first 2.5 hours:

Some objects can be interacted with but cannot be exited from.
NPC's won't always reset after reloading game and get stuck in a "panic" state.
Objects get stuck in walls and create collision audio effect spam.
DX12 will crash if you spin around too fast.
Ragdoll physics means you can kick an object too hard, hit a bystander, and cause the game to enter a combat state even in areas you are not allowed to engage in combat in.
Some walls are missing collision cages and can be crouch-walked through.
NPC's can walk through closed doors without opening them.
Doors can be closed on NPC's while they are in the doorway.
Tutorials do not explain things you are supposed to be doing.
Keybindings don't always trigger what they are supposed to but instead appear to act randomly.
Some scripted events don't always trigger if you have died on the level.
The game fails to explain core mechanics.
The game tells you one thing about how the mechanics work then behaves differently in fundamental ways right after.
The game both holds your hand in trivial parts and then fails to do so when it should.
DS4 controllers' are unusable on the game as the gyroscope acts as a mouse even when "disabled".
Mouse sensitivity jumps from "does not move" to "move 1 mm to spin around 720 degrees".
Inventory management? What's that.
Ledge detection is spotty at best, you'll fall off while standing on the ground but can also float midair in other spots.
Cutscenes don't always fully load, or once (so far) have had cutscenes where the character's eyes were floating outside of their head.

Yikes, this is bad. Do not spend money on it.The text boxes often go off the screen, have entire portions missing, or buttons that are unclickable. The text itself looks like it was written by 2002 Google Translate.There is no actual city building elements. It is "oh great you completed another level, here's the new building", there are no options to it. And in fact there is an ingame option to skip over all the needless dialogue and have it just place the buildings.Likewise there are no actual upgrades or research, you get 1 option and it is filled out automatically as part of the "story".As a tower defense game it is meh at best. As an RPG, strategy, or city builder game it is 0/10 because it isn't one.

I think this is the first time I've given a bad review on the basis that a game is too complicated. I love D&D but the fun doesn't come from spending the entire time digging through rule books and trying to figure out how things work. This game is the personification of that feeling of reading endless technical manuals. I couldn't even make it through the "tutorial" level.The game *looks* fantastic and clearly a lot of work went into it but it is an absolute drag to play and I could not figure out *how to actually play*.

I have over 6 hours played on this game and I have yet to even come close to having any success with the first level, a tutorial more or less. The game relies ENTIRELY on random chance and you can lose before even having a chance to make a decision. The game is worthless, do not waste your money.
