I recommend MS Flight Sim. All settings on ULTRA, using 1080Ti 11GB, Xeon 2236, 64GB DDR4 ECC - no crashes, no problems.

Pros:
- Stunning graphics
- Very realistic aircraft behaving
- Live air traffic feed.
- Live weather data feed

Cons:
- No mouse yoke
highly recommend a joystick. e.g. Logitech X55 or X56
