It could be optimized even more by changing some of prop_physics to prop_static but it would require a lot of time. Some models need to be recompiled for static usage.
I've also found a problem with *.dx90.vtx files being absent for all your custom models. I had to rename vtx files into .dx90.vtx for hammer to see them.
And one more thing I wanted to ask you. Do you know that the last door in the 3rd mission is opening only once? If you didn't get inside and the door have closed you cannot get inside anymore. Is this done by intent or is this a bug?
