Don’t get me wrong, Diablo 4 is nowhere near perfect but the amount of people doing what you described is genuinely concerning, not just because it’s people who haven’t played the game at all (and might enjoy it, especially with season 2’s changes) but also because it’s a lot of reviews with no weight to it whatsoever.
I wouldn’t mind negative reviews, as long as people make them constructive but this constant hating because it’s popular is not just incredibly concerning behavior (considering people go out of their way to buy a game, for the sake of hating with no knowledge whatsoever), it also doesn’t do anything.
