This game is so hard! I can BARELY get Bronze on their easy training modes. It kicks my butt so bad it makes me want to throw my mouse through my monitor in frustration. This game makes me feel like a complete noob!

No Man's Sky can be best described as "Space Minecraft". This has really blossomed into an incredible space exploration game that everyone wanted to see! This game is one of the greatest redemption arcs in video game history! Remember when everyone panned this game upon release? That is ancient history now given the TLC the developer, Hello Games, has given No Man's Sky! Every update they release always seems to be a huge one that adds SO much content! Best part? NO MICROTRANSACTIONS OF ANY KIND! No need to buy DLC, no lootboxes, no nothing! Just pay once and you get access to the full game with all the updates and stuff! I absolutely recommend this game to anyone who loves exploration and space!

This game is absolutely amazing! Characters are well written and relatable. I enjoy the aspect of my choices having an impact on the overall story. This game also helped me discover my true self. :)

Not sure I can recommend this for offline players. The AI is so WILDLY inconsistent between cars and tracks. For example, on Daytona, some cars the AI is faster than you can ever be, whereas other cars you will lap the entire field on max AI difficulty. What's up with that?

There seems to be a resurrection of this game. The game has seen some new players as of late, and there seems to be some stuff in the works. I have cautious optimism for the near future of this game. Also, Slap 2 when?

I was going to write an overall positive review about this game, but recent news of EPIC GAMES' acquisition of Psyonix leaves me no choice but to leave a negative review. Epic Games is an anti consumer tyrant of the PC gaming space with major security flaws in their system which allows sensitive info like CREDIT CARDS to be accessible to bad actors. This game is no longer going to be on Steam by the end of this year. EPIC GAMES STORE EXCLUSIVE ONLY. Do not buy under any circumstances. Unless you are OK with Epic's anti consumer practices.

This was fun way back in early access days. The main issue in this game I find is the lack of actual players when you go in an online game. Way too often is it 4 bots + you vs 3 Players and 2 bots. I do like the game mechanics to a degree, but in the end, you'll just wish you were playing Rocket League instead.

The most blatant pay to win sports title I've ever played. Everything costs way too much VC to do anything with. The worst part is that I can't even do a normal single player career mode. 2K doesn't get anymore money from now on. No NBA, no WWE, no anything 2K.

After nearly 1800 hours and roughly a year's worth of playing, I cannot recommend this today. The devs keep adding new crap instead of working on issues that have been around for a long time. Video driver crash comes to mind. Performance optimization is sub par, but with the right tweaks, can be a consistently playable framerate.

New dinos added always obsolete older ones. For example, the prime wood gathering dino was the Mammoth. Beaver was added that is easier to bring home to tame and carries wood at 1/5 the normal weight. Nearly a year later, Therizinosaurus was added which obsoleted just about every other gathering dino, including said Beaver.

There is the issue of dino nerfs. Nerfing dinos on a case by case basis would make too much sense. Instead, there are usually big blanket nerfs. Dino HP and Melee damage a year ago nerfed ALL tames instead of nerfing a few overpowered ones. Today, the blanket nerf is on flying dinos. Blanket nerfs on Stamina and Speed. Flying in general did need a nerf, but like the melee/hp nerf from the past, they took it too far.

PVP. Simply put, if you are not in a decent sized tribe, good luck doing anything on official. The servers are dominated by alpha tribes, with other alpha tribes from other servers coming to raid every so often. Unofficial servers exist, so that is good for anybody wanting a more fair pvp experience, but those have their own issues. Either neglect from admins, abuse from admins, or the different mods on the server.

On the subject of mods, they expand on the existing gameplay. There are lots of them in the workshop that you or server owners can pick which ones they like. In theory this sounds great, but in practice, you are stuck downloading GB upon GB of mods for each server you want to try. There is no simple "click this to delete mod" button. Unsubscribing doesn't delete the files from your computer, so you can be stuck with 30GB+ of wasted space if you don't take appropriate action. Once you've finally downloaded the many mods required to play the server that caught your interest. It is more than likely laggy beyond belief.

These and other various issues are why I cannot recommend you get this game anymore. Ask me a year ago, and I would have. If you like PVP, the gap between the haves and have nots increases each patch. Dino balance is anything but, until they are blanket nerfed. Mods add to teh game, in both content, and drive space usage. Attempting to install the game now will just end up using way more drive space than advertised. A recent attempt to install said it would use near 76GB, but with over 100GB free, it still ran out of space. Save yourself the hassle and money.

TL;DR: Updates just add more issues and headaches instead of fixing what's wrong.

This game is stupid and boring. See how long I've played it? Same play time as everyone else. Not worth your internet bandwidth.
