Game refund request. The idea of not being able to have many saves with different characters and play with Char creation as many times you want in a game is very problematic. Its not even about getting crystals inside of game to change the chararacter visuals. ITS ABOUT FREEDOM

Baldur's Gate 3 delivers a rich and immersive gaming experience, though it can feel a bit daunting for newcomers. There's a bit of a learning curve as you get to grips with its complex mechanics and subtle intricacies, but it's worth the effort. Once everything clicks, the game becomes incredibly rewarding and addictive. The characters are a highlight, each with deep, compelling backstories that not only push the narrative forward but are intricately woven into the larger story. Every quest has weight and significance. I haven't been this engrossed in a game since Dragon Age: Origins. Simply put, Baldur's Gate 3 is phenomenal.
