Regarding the negative reviews: It's possible to beat this game with an EMPTY graveyard (without doing suicide runs and keeping everyone you recruit from the start).

The difficulty is apparent and requires you to adapt, try new tactics, and respect the abilities of the NPC's that you fight (you will learn to fear Bandits). This game isn't a simple "push button, get bacon" game. It requires you to, quite literally, swallow your overconfidence and take every enemy seriously.

This game demands proper decision making at every turn and will punish you heavily for becoming overconfident. Great aesthetics, great combat system, and it's one of the few games that I just never seem to get bored of. I find myself coming back to it time and time again. The game is difficult, but, with proper decision making, planning, persistence, and the -WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND GET BETTER AT THE GAME,- you'll eventually be able to handle anything and everything that the game throws at you.
