A beautiful game from start to finish. This is without a doubt one of the best games I've ever purchased on Steam due to its amazing music, thrilling combat, and gripping storyline. There's plenty of fun to be had within this gem, I guarantee it!

The controls are a bit wobbly but definitely as great as I had remembered. :)

I have chosen to write an honest review for this game mostly because I have played it for a long stretch of time and am very enthusiastic when it comes to seeing the possibility of a new Archeblade community growing along the horizon. With the number of people who have been recently "manipulating" the game, I'm afraid it may not be a very good plain to tread, but the game itself is still marvelous and addicting to play and master.

Archeblade is a third-person fighting game with a learning stretch that some may find to be thin at a quick glance, but in actuality, this game has a high number of different ways to help you wind up dead before even making a single move. Each character (out of fourteen) has different specialties to suit the fighting styles in which you wish to establish and can only be perfected by your talent and experience alone.

I can't lie by saying that death is an uncommon occurence in this game. Trust me, you're gonna die. A lot. On top of that, you're bound to be rendered by either lag, the "manipulative" players, or even hordes of players. But that's okay. Because your failures will help you learn, and you'll become more of a better fighter by learning off of your mistakes. Others will turn away from this game, blame the main factor which brought them a devastating defeat, and never return to this game again. It's common and will definitely empty the desolate servers which already exist, so be prepared for that.

You may seem discouraged by all of the negative material which I've placed above, but honestly, this isn't a game which can be simply reviewed and allow the reader to say to themselves: "Wow, this game sounds magnificent". Simply because it isn't. It's an experience. An experience with several flaws. The question is whether or not you can overcome those flaws and start to face the real challenges which are set before you in this game. Please consider playing this game at least once, and if you get crushed by a professional player, don't feel discouraged. All champions were once noobs, even if we don't like to admit it.

An amazing classic! It excels from killing zombies with a violin to flying around a knife map using a Pidgeot!
