Good: There are a lot of things to do in this game. It's fun with friends. Tailoring your character is fun in a "Paper-Doll" sort of way. Large world events are plentiful, chaotic, and really enjoyable.
Bad: At some point you will WANT to spend money on this game. FACTIONS, omg, so many FACTIONS! Rep grind-o-rama! No crafting. Instances constantly disband your party after completion.
I enjoy logging in from time to time, but I only play this when I have a friend on, regardless of the "rewards" you get for logging in daily and weekly.
For a F2P FPS this one is certainly one of the top dogs.

A good old FPS with an emersive story-line and beautifully rendered environments. Sure to entertain old school shooter fans with a need for simply putting more bullets in more Nazis with more guns.

A simple, yet satisfying, "Diablo-clone" that is well worth the time to play with friends.
I played with a friend through most of the game when it was still in development and I found little to no issues. The inventory management is a little annoying, especially with a controller, but it is nothing that will really challenge your enjoyment unless your a real stickler for those sort of things.
The game can be challenging at times, but not impossibly so, and you quickly learn what works best in a situation depending on your play-style/weapon choices. Plenty of different bits and bobs for your character to choose from.

I played the Beta for Firefall, way back in the day, and I can say that after all this time it has certainly shined up nicely.
Unlike other F2P FPS MMORPGs, or "Pay 2 Win" as some would call them, this game can be played without spending any actual money and you will not really notice any loss.
Firefall still has a glitch or two in the matrix, but I personally am not very picky about it; just log off and log back in to solve most issues.
In the end, it is nice to have a Sci-Fi shooter in the old game mix again, and if your bored of the whole Sword and Sorcery genre then I recommend giving this a try.
