I loved the first one and this one is just better in so many ways. Can't believe how much I have actually learned just messing with this simulator. For fun I popped the hood on my wife's 05 Subaru and I was able to identify so many things under her hood that otherwise I would have had no idea what they were. By no means is this a REAL mechanic simulation but it does go over a TON of stuff that can boggle the mind. I can see myself easily putting in 100+ hours into this game without batting an eye.

It took them a year to get it right. I got the game at launch, and at that time I would not have recommended the game to be played by anyone. After many patches and months, I felt a year has passed and I should give it a try again. I am pleased to say not only is the game playable now, its actually enjoyable and I am glad I waited to play it now. Give it a try again if you put it to the side before because of bugs. There are a few bugs here and there but nothing deal breaking.

Early Access Review
If you're into realism you don't have to look any further for a realistic driving simulation. Not only is the handling so true to life that it could actually improve your real life driving skills, the damage model is so accurate its almost unreal. The only other game to even come close to the level of realism with regards to car physics and damage is "wreckfest", but this one has it beat by a long shot

I love Magic The Gathering and when I found out that the creator made a game, I had to get it. Has very much a MTG feel to it which made it very easy to pick up and play. Very addicting game if you're into card games like MTG/Pokemon etc. Love the strategy element, makes me use the ole' noodle more often than other games make me use it.

Awesome Simulation. Did you like playing with trains as a kid? You'd probably like playing with trains in Train Sim World 2. I am honestly amazed at the level of detail that was put into this, and the graphics are amazing also which always helps. I feel like I could honestly jump aboard any of the real life counterparts of the trains in the simulation and take them down the track.

Probably the slowest more exciting time I have had driving in a while. Playing with a G29 wheel helps with immersion a lot. I love how the lack of power steering works. The wheel pulling you around is fun.

It's hard to explain. I like driving games since the original stunt driver arcade game so I have pretty much played them all. This is a very niche game, but it does so many things well its kind of amazing. You never really drive trucks in driving games/simulators, so hauling a huge load is a weird/pleasant change. The scenery is amazing, especially in the expansion states. My wife even commented on how beautiful an area of Colorado I was driving through looked, and that says a lot for my wife to comment on a game. Having your own trucking business in the game is awesome and buying and changing your truck to your hearts extent is really enjoyable too.

teaches you a lot about cars. honestly had no idea about anything mechanically going on with cars but after playing about 10+ hours of this I can at least name most parts of a car and where they go and have some sort of idea of how they are assembled ( or at least what has to be removed to get to what) which is important to understand how real life labor costs work with regards to your real car.

I would tell you to play this game if you are into REALISM and the Holy Roman Empire. You're going to have to watch your step and everything you do and say will effect you in some way or another. Dirty clothes? Maybe you have blood on you? People will know, its that deep. The fighting is some of the most deep melee 1st person combat I have ever experienced. The parents death was very personal and well played out and made me feel like I had to take revenge for my family's death.

Waited so long for a new Half-Life chapter in the series. To be honest, I never saw a VR title get so much polish and attention. If you waited for a AAA game to play, this is the one. Its unreal how much detail was put into this game. If you have a VR headset you owe it to yourself to play this game. If you do not own a VR headset and call yourself a Half-Life fan, then what are you waiting for? You're not going to get any closer to Half-Life 3 unless you play this.
