I will do hopefully more meaningful with my spare time (27.8hours/2weeks) instead to play against so many cheaters. I am capable to reach LE but it seams to me that volvo business model includes cheater.
A player provided me a link where to get public cheats www.m1p1g1h.net (remove the '1's) and this will not be the only forum for that. @valve Blocking such information will not help and indicates to me that you are incapable of handling this in a professional manner...

btw. I liked to get a fast Matchmaking Match and the N4 bell curve helped a lot with the quality of the matches
I had to block also slow MM servers through the firewall and wished that MM would add also 128 tick servers
