Fun times so far

Sad to see the recent review bombing don't think it gives a good overall picture.
Completely fresh take on the very stale arpg genre, best in class voice acting, atmosphere, art direction.
Seems most people are complaining about difficulty and while there's a quite a tough learning curve there are ways in the game to get around all these issues. If you enjoy souls games and tactical combat you properly need to engage with and build your character to solve you might love it like me.

-Stamina is a stat you can increase if that's a problem.
-Food is good for in-combat heals but you don't need to be grinding for it, the enchant trader in the first town sells a heal aura skill you can put in your offhand to heal up between fights with focus.
-As for enemy move sets if your carefully how many you pull and patient there's plenty of windows to attack and even my dual daggers are staggering enemies on hit so don't know what those people are talking about.
-2h weapon i tried did seem pretty hard to find openings for tbf feel like with some practise i could get the spacing right though.
-The resource grinding could put you off if you're not into that sort of game but if you've enjoyed any other survival game (valheim, ark, minecraft ect.) you'll spend far less total time punching trees than in those, timers don't bother me cause there's plenty to do in the meantime, could be annoying if you were trying to speedrun.

Personally i've found the combat incredibly impactful and engaging which is something i can't say for most arpg's that become mindless after a while. It can be frustrating but if you are patient enough to get over the initial learning curve and think about the tools the game gives you before bashing your head against a wall you might really like it.

Stealth assassin goodtimes with an incredible steampunk lovecraftian atmosphere. Story is tight too, give it a go.

Best coop campaign game in a long time, plenty of content well hidden for excellent replayability lots of interesting boss fights good build depth for those who want to get into it or casual shooter coop if you want to play it like that.

Relaxing (sometimes) fish game with a fairly simple but satisfying gameplay loop. Great sense of exploration throughout as you find new areas and upgrades to allow new fish to be caught. The atmosphere and art style is perfect, kept me wanting to see new fish until i'd caught all of them. Closest i've felt to trying to fill in my pokedex on the gameboy 20 years ago.

Play this game with ya bois, mute on discord, the game has proximity chat and it makes the game so much better. if friend has garbage mic make them use push to talk. Feels a bit like phasmaphobia crossed with deep rock galactic. 10/10 eat my ass

No time to write, more elden ring to play

Creepy atmospheric twist on the battle royale genre. Gameplay is slower paced than similar shooters due to lack of automatic guns and amazing audio design that makes stealth a very viable option. Ignore the people whining about 1.00, very little has changed and the game plays pretty much the same. Spookiest battle royale out there, try it.

Great game if you liked killing floor 1, the graphics pyhsics and most importantly gore have all been improved a lot!
Lot's of people whining about introduction of cosmetic only micro transactions, ignore this just like you can ignore the skins in game.
