Full disclosure, that playtime is a lie because there were moments I had to leave the game on. It's actually about 20-30 hours.

Still playing through it, but it's a fun and challenging game. THis is my first time playing, and I'm playing on hard mode. You really have to get into how the systems work. It's similar to Final Fantasy VII's materia a little bit.

Overall, it's a fun game that I feel (at least for now) plays fair.

You may see this game and wonder "Where is it?"... Trust me, it's there.
You may be thinking "I already have this game."... Trust me, you don't have this game.
You may have many questions, and to all of those questions, the definitive answer is "Yes, yes it is."

This review may not seem very helpful at first, but please, just play it and you will understand. Do not spoil yourself. Just go in with an open mind.

Early Access Review
This game definitely scratches that itch and stars out with very easy levels and ends with extremely mind boggling challenges. Even in early access, it's got a ton of content.

The sound and music also fit it perfectly!

Two console generations later, this game is still perfect! I played it just a few days ago (02/12/2021) and it honestly still holds up and runs super smoothly. Online play still works too.

This game seems simple, but what's interesting about it is that these things really do happen in real life. I enjoyed the little jokes and stuff that appear in the game.

Ok, TL;DR, if you like rhythm games that really make you feel like you're a part of the music and really pulls you into the rhythm, this game is the one! It has really well placed keysounds that fit intot he songs so well that you almost don't even realize it. The note charts are also so well put together that it never feels like you're playing random arbitrary background notes. It also has a ton of accessibility options so even if you are colorblind or are very near-sighted, you can still play and enjoy it.

This is also one of the must unique and challenging rhythm games I've ever played... and I've played a lot of them going all the way back to DJ Max Vol. 2 (The MMO), O2Jam, IIDX, Sound Voltex, DDR, and many others, including others here on Steam. In this game, simply full comboing the song isn't enough. If you're looking for a game with an extra challenge, a game tht really makes you feel like you're in the groove, this is the freaking ONE!

I'm not that great at this game, I'll be honest, but MAN this game is super fun... and it even has a tool to create your own charts! That feature is pretty early in development, but it's still awesome.

While most may see this as just another F-Zero clone, yeah I'll be honest, that is kind of what it is, but that doesn't mean it's not worth playing. This game is simple, stright forward, and to the point. You pick a car, and you race on some pretty crazy tracks. While there are many other games on Steam like this, this is a pretty decent one for the price.

One issue I had with this game is the controller setup. You can use an Xbox, PS4 and even a Wii U Pro controller with this game, but you may have to do some rebinding and you'll also need the mouse to move around some of the menus, but for the most part, the controls are pretty solid, especially in the races. Now I'm not pro at AG racing games, so maybe I'm not the best to say how well it handles, but I was able to get through races with 1st place without any issues.

There's also a track editor, although it seems a bit complicated and there's no intro tutorial on how to use it, but all the tracks in the game were made with the editor, so I can imagine some pretty fun creations in here.

The other thing I really liked was the custom music option. The ingame music is okay, but to me it didn't match the amount of hype and excitement I was hoping for. Once I dropped in some songs from F-Zero GX and turned up the car engine volume a bit (It's turned down because of a little bit of sound crackling issues but it doesn't bother me much.), everything was great.

Overall, this is a fun game and it even has 4 player local options. No, it's not as pretty as a couple of the other games on here, but it doesn't pretend to be more than it is while delivering a fast paced, fun experience and I respect that.

Fun game, but it's missing all the PS4 updates... if you have a PS4, get that one, I suggest this if it's on sale.

I honestly wish this game was on consoles so that they could experience this. It really is truly thought provoking.

Fast paced racing game with cars that have sweet powerups. People say it's like Mario Kart, but it reminds me more of Rollcage if anyone remembers those games. The game has some sweet electronic music that goes along with it, but for some reason it's turned off by default. A fun and fast arcade racer.

I reccomend!
