Very fun game so far!

This game does a great job of achieving those same exciting feelings that you get when playing traditional coin-pushers, dopamine and all. I'm very excited for the future of this game.

A fantastic experience that puts a twist on the originals.

This was an awesome game! I've always loved the Amnesia games, but they got more and more story focused and less gameplay focused as they went on. The Bunker is a return to form with the gameplay variety being far greater than even that of the Dark Descent, all while maintaining an enjoyable story.

Wonderful game!

Controls feel buttery smooth and the levels are cool.

One of the greatest games ever made.

A wonderful game, if you're a fan of difficult games that is.

Not typically the type to review games on Steam, but I felt I needed to with this one. First of all, I too was one of the many who got this game from the Humble Bundle and it instantly ran into technical problems crashing on launch. The way I eventually found from Youtube on how to fix this was by unplugging my keyboard when launching the game. -.- Silly, I know.

I will put my main points about the game here:

POSITIVES____________
-Likeable Protagonist
-Improved Gameplay over the first Prototype
-Decent story
-Collectables are rewarding without being completely necessary
-SOME OF THE FUNNIEST DIALOGUE I'VE EVER HEARD IN A GAME,
don't get me wrong it isn't intentional. Some of it is just so ridiculous
I couldn't help but laugh.

NEGATIVES___________
-Short Story
-Dislikeable characters other than the protagonist and antagonist
-Cliche plot points
-Since this game is a sequel, you'd expect to have more transformations
than the first one, right? Wrong. Half the fun of the first Prototype
game was the excitement of getting your next new power to mess
around with! This game has... ONE new transformation, granted it
is an enjoyable one, but still.

Overall, this is just a more polished Prototype 1, with the main benefit
being that the collectibles are much more enjoyable to collect. The
gameplay is smoother and combat has gotten even more fun. And one
of my favorite improvements is the increase in enemy variety which is
very important to keep the game from getting repetitive. (I actually
never finished the first prototype because the enemies were always the
same, I think I stopped around 80% through)

TLDR: If you're going to play the Prototype series, just play this one. Don't
bother playing both unless you're an absolute completionist.
