Right so basically this is game is a joke but it has great combat and a very good character creation system.
I also don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about microtransactions or all the funny-funny controversy. I judge the game content and not whatever else that is meta.

- Game is a ripoff from the first, story is very similar, fighter literally has the same skills than in the first one.
- Trash optimization, requires more than average computer to run (I have more FPS on star citizen)
- Quests are stupid as ♥♥♥♥, just check how many guides exists a few days after release. Hardly anything is explained and you gotta run across the map all the time. "Find this dood, no quest marker, enjoy questioning randomly every NPC until you find the 3 proper" woah quality gameplay I sure enjoy that.
- AI is retarded, sometimes you get aggroed by guards for absolutely no reasons, sometimes your guys attack guards for no reasons.
- Quick transportation exists despite all the microtransactions whiners but they get interrupted by NPCs more than 50% of the time and the wagon will either run away from you while you fight or just randomly begins hostile to you.
- Story is not interesting, not spoiling anyone but this is also very close to the first one with some minor differences.
- ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bestiary is the same as the first one, troll, gryphons, chimera, wolves etc...?
- Game is still an RPG and sometimes you run into bandits that for some reasons are level one bazillion and they just two tap you. Very funny.
- Interface is glitchy and not well done.

TL:DR, if you have played the first one you'll be disappointed. If you expect quality story, with story choices, you'll be disappointed. If you expect frustration from quests being trash or AI being braindead, you're in for your money.

Although to be very honest combat is pretty cool and music is decent.

I am a fan of starship troopers but this is just something else...

Three class with 6 guns, 3 and a half common with the three class. Classes are literally just one passive/passive.
Two gamemodes, two maps.

Look this is 2023 if you all want to keep buying "early access" games go for it but this is just garbage, really.
It gets extremely repetitive, very fast, with no customisation.

Really disappointing game.
It could be really great, it has a good amount of customisation despite just three classes but here's what's so wrong.

Balance is completely off the charts, there is no gear matchmaking meaning you will start with ♥♥♥♥ gear and will encounter possibly high end gear people. Your first 10 hours of gameplay is basically being curbstomped everytime you run into anyone high level.

The game is very, very, very poorly optimized network-wise. Even with allegedly 50ms there are delays of about 1 to 2 seconds.

The game is full of CCs, being hit (in the back, third combo, some abilities) will stun you for about 2 seconds but the funniest part is that coupled with the ping, being hit once is a death sentence BUT you cannot apply the same all the time, because ping is so ♥♥♥♥. Sometimes you will just be traded (slashed back despite being supposed to stun your opponent).

It's a grindfest, you get from 2 to 4 items with different rarities per 30 minute games. Items of any classes.
Your characters do not share items so you cannot have multiple characters using the same sets, no no, you need to drop 1 piece of armor PER character you want to use. And rarity makes a huge difference.

Want to reroll an item? Pay IRL money.
Want more XP/rewards? Pay IRL money.
Gamepass? Pay IRL money.

Game is full of micro transactions and while they aren't directly better items it still give you an edge. I cannot reroll my items 100x times, if I could I'd have an epic set already, and some people do with RL money, AKA P2W.

TL:DR, aweful optimisation, aweful controls, aweful latency, aweful balance, aweful grind BUT the game is somewhat fun to play and would be a blast if it wasn't so poorly made.

The game developpement is comparable to Star Citizen in terms of length, except this game adds content once every 6 months, since now 7 years. It has two engines, lot of bugs, miserable balance, miserable tracking/hunting, miserable gameplay. Honestly, buy it if you want to sit in a corner and AFK grow while mixpacking, or go play carno (on evrima) and murder everything since you're the fastest and one of the strongest. Or go on legacy and just "tailride for fun" while dying to poor optimization and desync.

The game could be fun, but it's just a massive time eating machine with poor balance and rare content. Not advised. Don't buy.

Comments are open if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer.

Do not buy, the game is FAR from being finished.
1.Balance is COMPLETELY broken.
2.Combat is COMPLETELY broken.
3. AI is completely idiotic and not a threat even on impossible.
4. The game lacks A LOT of important, if not mandatory features to be played.

1.
Cheapest buildings (first tier) are also the most lucrative by far and makes T2 and above building just a waste of money and time.
Robbers cost hardly anything and earn about 5 time as much as other broken T1 business (also helps you fight since the investment is gear).
NPC carry random amount of items regarding their ranks so when the game start you can just marry someone who has 20k worth of money, that's enough to grind through 33% of the game instantly and buy 4 fully kitted business and 4 titles.
Some buildings are just bad, opposed to other first tiers. The gap is so big you will waste more than 1h in comparison.
Poison is overhealed by passive regen of some NPCs (and you can even overheal it further with sleeping, great)

2.
Ranged weapons shoot once per target per fight with them, meaning 3 people will just oneshot instantly anyone and if it's another group of 3 whoever shoots first will win the fight in an anticlimatic 1 second.
Ranged weapons damage scale on your character damages (str+main weapon, so if you have a pistol and no weapon you will shoot for 15dmg, if you have a longsword, shoot for 80+, great right?)

3.
The AI won't ever be a threat to you even if you are in "impossible" difficulty, the game feels more like a sandbox rather than anything else in solo.
Sometimes they just attack with no gear at all and just die on your people.
Sometimes they just bomb but leave the place which doesn't destroy anything.
The AI makes dumb decisions such as making vote to make ambushes/pickpocketing/smuggling illegal despite being a robber and doing ambushes/pickpocketting etc etc... The opposite also happens, completely legal NPC allowing attacks and breaking bones. Most likely choices are randomly generated.
Your automated transporters will do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like taking a required ingredients from a business, go to market, not sell it, go back to business, put it down and take other ♥♥♥♥ and bring it to market to buy the first required ingredit then get back to business. Also automated employee will tend to priorize your barn storages and you can't chose whether or not they do that or which or when which means having a barn will make every transporter of the map ignore markets and pour things in the barn.

4.
There is hardly any control over commands and no shortcut to any orders but Go and Select.
There is even less control in making routes or automated storage etc. You CANNOT tell your people to do a specific route until X item is below/above/equal Y number. You CANNOT tell them to leave ONLY when there is X amount. You cannot select groups of items, meaning you have to select on all single of them if you wanna unload/load into a specific location.
You CANNOT give an area order to some actions that requires so. Basically you can tell music dudes to go play in a specific location (along a lot of orders) but you can't do that with money extorsion order or smuggling order (and much more) which will make your employee run across the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ map just to do ONE action, then randomly chose someone else etc etc, waste of time making some building completely useless.

Honestly I am just fed up with a game with such potential but yet again brothers this is a game where devs will ignore complaints and won't investigate ♥♥♥♥ (just like they did on discord).
Also an alpha was ongoing for years and they still couldn't figure out things like these? I mean really, some of these issues are massive and almost gamebreaking (job breaking for some like extorsion or smuggling or just whole balance and combat situation). Also one of the moderator is a ♥♥♥♥ cause servers went ham at midnight and friends and I were constantly having internet issues (when we usually are okay) and I asked what he knew about it and banned me instantly for it.
Could be a great game, ♥♥♥♥ game, ♥♥♥♥ discord, won't be fixed, not worth your time.

From Cycle Alpha to Cycle Frontier, they have killed a BR game and replaced it with a looter-shooter to ride on the hype train.
It's a dishonest move but ontop of that; There was content loss. No more unique attachments making guns different. No more suit with diffferent stats. No more abilities. And they even removed some guns (like the haze). Now the game is literally about deploying and looting a zone with sometimes FFA PvP. It's... It's really bad.

Extremely repetitive, idiotic AI, stealth is awefully managed if we exclude the fact each AI have a different awarness, which is the only good point here. But yeah it's just really, really repetitive.
