Early Access Review
I have to recommend this game because I love it so much already even in its utterly incomplete state. When I heard Larian would be placing this game in early access, I believed it would be like Divinity 2. That this game would only be in EA for a year or so before being fully released. Yet here we are going on two years and the game is nowhere near finished. What they have released is amazing and I enjoyed it tremendously. My advice for anyone looking at this game is to wait just put it out of your mind until it is released as its not done yet. Plus coughing up 60 bucks for a game that isn't finished and won't be for at least another year is quite shameful of Larian. Once this game is fully released it will probably be one of the best RPG games ever made if they build upon their already great foundations.

If you like planning, building, and managing things, then this game is for you. Build your prison from the ground up and keep the inmates from escaping, killing each other, and more. I personally have been playing this game with friends to construct the ultimate prison and when we come up short we just sell it and start again. This is a game you can just sit back and chill while funny and interesting things happen within your prison.

I don't often write reviews but when I do it is only for games that I truly enjoy. I bought this game back in the day when it was early access and even then it was extremly fun and tactical with great story elements. It only lacked content but now that its fully released this game has everything you could want for a RPG. The battle system is simple to understand but hard to master with terrain effects and magic that apply a complexity to the battles that gives this game real depth and replayability. The classes and characters are fully customizable with Divinity having a different spin on racial traits than classic RPG's would. I can't recommend this game highly enough for people that enjoy challenges and strategy.

Solid melee combat that is only getting better and more fluid as the game continues. With much much more content on the way, extemely excited to see what comes next.
