Revoke the Steam API key: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/dev/apikey
Run a scan with Malwarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.com
Generate new backup codes from the first link, and change your password.
And DON'T TRADE until you've actually secured your account. Report, block and remove the person who is telling you to change your API key.

Be aware several (almost including myself) AEG members have been hit with this this last week. Your name had not popped up though. Be sure to report (no need to block) the friend that sent you the link. :) Do you know to change your api token and all on Steam to be "secure" again?
