Calling ALL US Veterans!

Our nation needs you once again to serve in a much more deadly combat; US Politics! Please stand with me as an Independent intending to actually direct represent your constituents rather than a political party in running for your district office for US Congress House of Representatives!

We have already taken our oaths and proved ourselves worthy standing by those oaths. 435 seats and we want 435 elected Independent veterans standing for our constituents. We only need a handful of both GOP seats and DEM seats to STOP all this retaliatory back and forth waste of time. No more extremism either direction and only what our constituents feel the need to accomplish together with each of our voices only one among our 750,000 constituents.

At the same time, push for citizens to register to vote. Every single one as my plan needs them all! THEN, not a single one of us needs to actually be elected to send the message we have had enough and we want a reasonable and balanced government not putting us all continually deeper into debt. It is time we clean our own house for once and we can easily have the power to use our votes to do so!

1) Set US House member pay and all employee pay at maximum average US Income for their district.
2) Set two terms maximum limit of being able to run and be elected to US House of Representatives without retirement though time elected and campaigning does serve towards a US Federal retirement such as military or any government employee's benefit package. Set a three term limit to the US Senate which is 18 years of service and a year of campaigning towards a Federal retirement only requiring one year of service in another capacity for a 20 year retirement. Set that salary at State average income. While at it, place minimum wage and yearly raises upon COLA for everyone to stay in line with any inflation.
3) Start an all across the board US Federal Law and Regulation vetting and evaluation to remove the no longer relevant and redundancy from the law books.
4) Repair the Justice system by setting appropriate minimum and maximum penalties for violating another person's rights in all ways possible where plea bargaining can only reach the minimum so any criminal action is outright choosing the penalty. This is even appropriate where as individual we feel the law is wrong to break it anyway, get caught, and the breaking was deciding getting caught and paying the penalty was worth it.
5) Reinstate true freedom as much as possible with severe penalties for taking an action violating another person's rights in any way.
6) Most important above all, we take away the ability of Political parties only representing political parties from finding a majority without being fair and nonextreme.

Personally saying, the Trump Administration is using taxes to good effect, but that is the long slow and expensive way to accomplish what could be accomplished so easily another way. Set regulations so that any corporation or business doing business in the USA directly or indirectly must pay the same benefits on equal standing as the same job in the USA. Why send jobs to another nation when the employees must be paid the same no matter what.

As example, I knew someone in the Philippines working six days a week at 10 hours a day only making a $100 US dollars to $125 US dollars a week with absolutely no benefits working for BOTH Verizon and AT&T. The same job in the US starts upwards above $15 an hour, paid vacation, benefits all around with overtime after 40 hours. If we really wish to improve our standing internationally, we first must stop always taking advantage of the hard lives of others.

It is no secret some games run better on AMD and some run better on Nvidia. So which video card should you get? Why not BOTH! HUH?

There are a number of benefits from having one of each installed. I learned this in 2001 running an ATI Rage128, VooDoo2, AND Nvidia cards all at the same time. Even as far back as Windows 98 and still true today, a video stream can only be processed on one type of video chip/processor at a time. Well, that just does not sound helpful at all! At least until you consider subroutines.

DirextX will always default to Nvidia
While AMD can now run PhysX, when present PhysX defaults to the Nvidia

I know most people, when they have upgraded a video card, try and see if the old card will be helpful still being there. Different chipset versions and you have to pick one driver or the other as two AMD or two Nvidia are not designed to run as a split process or multiple run process when not same class. I am sure it could be done, but I am just as sure as soon as someone did it, they would get shut down by the video card makers!

HOWEVER, video card makers wanting you to use their product do allow two completely different video chipset drivers by brand to run side by side. Old school instructions which we required up through Windows XP is that Nvidia be in the AGP or top slot and any supplement had to be a different brand (type) and in a lower PCI slot. Enter multiple PCIe slots with their allowance to both split and/or share bandwidth, and the placement restriction reverses to be optimal though the brand difference remains mandated unless using the same chipset class. Using the same chipset class, even when not fully enabled, creates a partial SLI link natively.

Your newest AMD card installed in the top PCIe slot and the Nvidia in the next slot to have a different channel which will put the AMD at 16_x and the Nvidia at either 4_x pr 8_x depending upon the motherboard. Windows will automatically recognize the Nvidia as the High Performance card even when AMD is the better card. The reason its does this and defaults everything to the Nvidia even if you think you are running the AMD as that is where the monitor is connected is due to the directX and natural PhysX path connections.

Now go into windows settings to video cards, go into graphics, set all the games which run better on AMD better to run on AMD. Either way will still run through your AMD to monitor connection or grab a second monitor with one for each card running an extended desktop. Samsung makes the perfect 49inch 144mhz monitor to go from ultrawide to dual 27 inch side by side monitors. With independent feeds. Do get curved to go that wide or that wide is useless! OR run two 27 inch TVs side by side if you want to go high paying low. I went with a 49 inch split monitor, two 27s, and a 52 with the 52 on a KVM linking in CCTV feeds which can be displayed both through my computer to that monitor or on the KVM directly to that monitor.

While overkill for the average user, I happen to be a housebound disabled veteran. Home Health Aides are impossible to find of any quality or that will stay very long, so this is my hub for robotizing caring for myself. One of the first harsh lessons I leaned through dramatic failure was cameras are great on the robots, but you also need a broader view! Five monitors as four are different perspectives and broader view and fifth is remote robotics direct view. But even now, when I am gaming, I can have one monitor watching whatever I want to watch four times over if I want that many.
