First impression, first two hours. Wow.

Day two. The imagination of the creators is fantastic. They've taken just about anything I've ever seen a step, or more, beyond.

Will update.

I enjoyed this. I especially liked this sharpness and effects of the user interface. Working on being a completionist, getting close. But also wish it was a little longer, had two or three more areas of equal size. It'd be really nice to play more games where you get some room and time to play after you've got most of the goodies and feel like a big bad brick of a dude ... or robot run by a dude.

What a great game! Well made. Could have been longer, but just awesome. "Are you serious?!" came out of my mouth so many times playing this. And I waited three year to buy this, got if for 4.99. I wished I'd paid more, earlier. But I did, upon finishing, get the next offering immediately. Kudos to the makers. Thank you for this fun and finely crafted creation.

As a pretty anti-social individual who really dislikes both "Free To Play" as well as multiplayer online games, this game still caught my attention. And now I'm pretty much totally addicted. Probably not for everyone, but very nicely made, great feel, involves strategy, practice, practice and more practice and many hours of fun. Sometimes I even talk to people.

Update 11/22/2017: This game continues to challenge. I love learning new intricacies and stragegies. I greatly appreciate the developers continued work.

Exceptionally well done and thoroughly enjoyable. Just over 80 hours of play for me, and left me wanting more. I'm always a little leary of games made after a movie, but this one was an awesome and pleasant surprise. Play this.

Update circa 2017: I went through this game another full time. Just fun, well done, truly awesome driving. I want more! But I enjoyed the second full go through as much, if not more, than the first time. And again, PLAY THIS.

This was great fun. Well done. Base building filled in a needed nitch. Almost 400 hour doing it all in one playthrough, about level 120 at the end....I loved being able to do that.

January 31, 2020:

Nearly four years later I did this again. Level 135 and over 550 more hours.

I was in a gap between games coming out or available so I revisited the wasteland. Really took my time this time (or so it felt versus the first go through). I explored nooks and crannies, chased down radio signals, farmed repeating missions big time.

First time I played through, the expansions had not come out by the time I had rushed through (almost 400 hours). I must have bought the full package to start with. Not sure I would have bought them on their own, but I was very happy they were there waiting for me, this time. I probably could have done more time with Nuka World and the raiders, but I had to stop them. I just really couldn't deal with them taking over any of my Minuteman settlements. Even so, I enjoyed the Nuka World expansion. Far Harbor was also a lot of fun. That one glitch (still after all these years) at the National Park, that was a repeating BOS mission. If you can't console, that would really suck.

I was much more focused on my perk selection, concentrating better on a single weapon class and really maxing the damage every way I could. There's an elevator ride down, somewhere along the way. On the first playthrough, I remember that being complete madness where I felt out of control are barely able to make it through. This time, when I got there, it was just plunk ... plunk ... plunkety plunk ... totally on top of it, taking out each threat, single shot, as they came into view.

Great graphics, all the way through. But then, I remember Pong. Nonetheless, four years later, the quality did not feel old. Still, not quite picture taking pretty in the quantity I sometimes do. After Assassin's Creed Origins, I might be a little spoiled on my expectations for drop dead stop and take pictures level graphics and scenery.

I had a few crashes, but not many. Good game saving habits made any crash not an issue. A buggy mission or two, but console help got me through those (thank you everyone that post fixes). But at the same time, understand that I have a pretty amazing Dell Alienware Area 51 computer. Even with a good computer always being a priority, it still took me over 30 years (technology advancement and slight financial stability) to be able to get here.

I highly recommend this game. Don't just think a game from a few years ago is old, this is an adventure, a challenge, a story and a world that you should experience. My hours of enjoyment with Fallout 4, through two playthroughs, are more than all but one or two games I've ever played. Skyrim, probably near 800 hours, but only one solid playthrough. And Fractured Space might have caught me for more hours, but that was a different thing, and over many years.

Take your time. Focus your perks. Explore explore explore. I would bet I have still missed 20% of what's out there, even though I've visited everything I've ever seen off in the distance.

Here's crossing fingers for another future version, single player. The wasteland has a strong call.

This is a reskin of an older game with no noticable change in play. I was not real pleased with the original and just felt cheated by the reskin and rebrand. After spending money on it, I tried, I truly did, to get into it or give it a little more time. It's just not designed well and/or needs a great deal of fine tuning. Do not even think of buying this one.

What a delightful suprise. Thoughtful relaxing strategy. An apparent simpleness that is deceiving in its elegance and depth.
