this game sucks

Cutscenes are laggy as hell which makes story-driven games such as this one unplayable.
I don't understand how a game gets released in such a terrible condition. No matter if Square-Enix, Konami, Capcom or Sega, Japanese companies absolutely suck at porting games to PC.
I don't know if it's incompetence or impertinence, I guess it's a bit of both but I'm tired of these greedy, half-hearted hack jobs and if experience tells us anything than that we can be really glad if we ever get it fixed.
