Not recommended!

Very good atmosphere, nice visuals and good sound design. Story is interesting, riddles are ok.
I wish it would have played more on the surface, because that looked more appealing than the different rooms, but they are important for the story.
Performance was good, which should be expected since most areas weren't large.
The controls for the Valve Index could be better, but its totally playable.
Recommended!

Outstanding!

A completely new level to be inside the Half-Life Universe.

Textures and lighting of the environment are stunning. Charakters and enemies animations are very smooth. Sound design is top notch and detailed.
It is a very immersive VR game, well thought through and fun to play!
The story very exciting, linear, but never monotonous.
I hope we will see more from the Half-Life Series in the future and I can't wait to experience more VR games developed with Source2 eventually.

The best thing for me: I have not encountered a single bug or issue in my play through. A really polished game!

Intense, fun, unique!

A very good diving experience with great visuals, good voice acting and a pleasently implemented locomotion, which is very immersive. I hope we will see more of Freediver!

Great game!
The Story and characters are interesting and the time spend to travel between the different locations was cleverly solved. Visuals are very nice, so was the voice acting and sound design. Riddles aren't too hard, a bit frustrating on times, but have some nicely implemented mechanics.
I already loved the first one and would like to see more in part 3 with bigger and even more interessing locations to visit. I'm curious to see what's happens next!

It's Fallout 4 in VR!

Still a great game! While FO4VR is not made for VR, it's great to experience a well known world in VR for the second time.

Item interactions, dialogs, UI, meele, etc are, of course, not optimal, limited and mostly not intuitive for VR, expect the Pip Boy which works great!, along with sniping and stealth game play. The world itself, the atmosphere, day-night cycle, sounds and much more felt really good to me.

It's great to finally have characters and compaions, missions, stories, crafting, open world in an high quality game!

Performance could be better, although the game ran much better after the first patches, but it's a huge world filled with life and lots of other stuff, so not really something I could complain about in the end; definitely no game breaking performance issues on my end.

Keep going, next time with native VR support, Besthesda!

A short but good VR experience!

Graphics are very nice, sound and level design are classic doom. The scale of the environment and especially the demons is awesome. Gameplay is fast-paced but smooth and fun after you get used to the control scheme.
Smooth locomotion paired with teleport plus dash is a good combination between peaceful, but short, exploration sections and the hectic mass fights.
Some minor improvements such as gun angle, item interaction and UI elements could make DOOM VFR a really amazing experience.

Overall I can recommend the game in it's current state!

The atmosphere is breathtaking. The pictures and animations of this journey are awesome, the authentic audio files are fantastic fit perfect with the music. I enjoyed every second, thanks devs!
