If you haven't seen it yet, you might check out Railroader at this YouTube link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4nPqriB2gc I've been really enjoying it even though it's still in early access. I'll have to check out Trans Siberian Railroad, it looks fascinating.

I haven't tried either, but I did buy a Polish one called Sim Rail 2021, much harder than the other stuff I used to play, they've another coming out Trans Siberian Railroad, and that one looks amazing. The trains get put through hell on route, so first you got to inspect the locomotive and repair it. Buy some provisions and a weapon in case you really get stuck and need to hunt, the Russian Mafia will supply you with one and offer shady work. I tried the demo and was impressed.

3 1/2 years to respond... not bad eh? I guess I need to get in the habit of checking for messages more frequently... ya think? I've been messing around with a couple of the new railroad sims and every time I fire one up I wonder if you've tried either Railroads Online or Railroader. If you have tried either, what do you think? I'd be delighted to drive down for a visit. My schedule is pretty much wide open but you guys are still part of the working world (a disgusting habit) so I'll leave the timing up to you.
