After seeing this come by on Twitter, I had to try it. Normally I don't go for games with heavy discounts on release but my god do I not regret playing this.

I'm a huge potato in games and was able to pick up the combat really easily. It was still challenging but it felt bad ass not clonky. The soundtrack is fantastic, the story is both hilarious and "OMG WHAT IS THAT?". Has quite a bit of replayability potential. You wield a glorious Axe, can craft new weapons and make questionable decisions along the way. On top of that, it's fully voice acted, jam packed with Mythology and glorious characters.

10/10 would whack a chicken again

* Load into the game and fall in love with the music
* Spend 3 hours creating a character
* Spend 4 hours creating a cat
* Load in and almost die to a giant pink T-rex
* Survive all this and get a new pair of brown pants before continuing
* Spend 8 hours picking a weapon
* Finally hunt monsters, die within 1 minute to Giant yellow lizard
* 10/10 would waste my brown pants for this game again
