Pros: amazing gameplay, tons of add ons, no need for purchase in game, lots of events, a real multiplayer conception
Cons: obvious time retention through long progression, so many bugs (imagine all the jokes there) it tend to ruin the experience, and a solid part of the community is insanely toxic (and I find the game doesn't protect the people enough, as an example in CS).

After some major issues due to an obvious rush release (crafting system, balance, bugs, gross time retention, like an early access...), the game will finally be as it should have been on its first day. Gameplay feeling (the bolter omg), level design, soundtrack, are trully amazing. The developers seem to really listen and adapt to the community and that's great. Though, as a player who spent some time on it, I now regret the lack of some new in game content (maps, events, animation...). I hope Fatshark will release them way sooner than for Vermintide II. Any W40K fan will have a good one there, as well as coop / Left for dead 2 players.

Long story short, the Warhammer 40k universe brought to life in a way it never had been, although, the game is painfully boring and long (not in the right way, I spent 2k hours on VT2 btw), because of a bunch of poor marketing decisions forgetting the most essential and obvious thing, a game is supposed to be fun. It breaks my heart, but atm, I CANNOT recommend this game.

I am so mad because of all the potential this game had (the best game ever to me honestly), Vermintide feedback, the budget... A ton of promises (from actual articles and publications) are not respected. The game is not long because you want to spend a ton of time on it because you are having fun and you progress, and you are challenged. It is long because of the random terrible crafting system.

Access to info is poor, interface is poor, storytelling is awfull, missions deadly repetitives (gets you a hundred hours not to mix them). Very poor choice of classes, weapons, customization, skins... Not speaking of the fact it has been litterally unplayable for a long time because it wasn't ready (it's still not imho). I still have issues at launch or when I quit the game.

The story is the same for all characters (here you go for four times), you are a total spectator to it, it's badly told. The characters are just unrealistic and boring mean frustrated guys, like "we are the most badass" (grimdark ok, but be serious, Lhoner was badass). The missions are displayed randomly, you don't understand anything to the narrative ark (I guess it's normal, there is none), so you accomplish nothing (this was so much better in VT2). And on a more personal touch, the impact of weapons is more fun when you hit a corpse than when you kill an opponent (why give some fun anyway).
