A natural leader. People tend to listen and follow their example and guidance. Sazzo is chosen as leader without making an issue of leadership. Easy-going, relaxed, always welcome in a group – though not the strongest personality. Is usually decisive, but too often fails to take account of all possibilities, and this has caused a few problems in the past 6 months. Or takes account of all possibilities but takes too long to reach the final decision. Sazzo does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late.
