I wanted to "finish" this game, before writing a review for it. I finished the story mode this game has; however, there is end game grinding for better loot, and finishing the game on the hardest difficulty.

There are many bad reviews which are all based off of initial gameplay, and doesn't do the game justice. There were many bugs with this game upon initial release, but 5 patches later, they fixed anything game-breaking. 2 cons about this game is lag and load times. Whenever a person joins a running game, there will be a lag spike. And there will be a few loading lag spikes along each map. This game seems poorly optimized for streaming, so one will need a really nice computer to not lose frames while doing so. The unreal engine the developers used makes updating this game take forever. And the only downside to the game is that it feels a tad short.

The gameplay is great. There is a class for however the person wants to play. This game is very addicting, once you're able to get the hang of it. Starting off, it is a very difficult game. Without knowing the map, low level character & equipment this game can be very daunting; however, this difficulty is what makes the game addicting & enjoyable. Each map layout is unique in it's own right, and they are quite long, so it feels like you're constantly exploring new things. The lvling system is intrigueing and a handful of extra things to do in-between missions.

This game felt very "new" to me. Except for the initial learning curve, i enjoyed every minute of it. Definitely a game that is more enjoyable with friends. However, the community itself is also good. There are no trolls, from what i have seen so far, and everyone plays relatively well (with exceptions ofc).

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this game. If the in-game story was a tad longer, it would totally be worth $60. I think it's still worth getting, but maybe wait for a sale.
