Pretty sure ABL and Line's End has been a dead project for over 10 years, very unfortunate, because it was one of the best RPG stories I've played to date. I've always wondered if the intro, was actually the end of the game though, unfortunately we'll probably never know, but I'd drop $5-$10 on the game all day long if there was a port and completion.
