One of the Best games out there, they don't make them like they used to.

I Suggested he combine all the 6 DLC into one game and bump UP the price . I still like this game. But yeah, the game has 6 DLCs, I wonder where it will stop. Like at 20? I still support the game and It boggles the mind that its just the ONE guy making it. He also replied quickly to a question of mine about gameplay mechanincs. Like within minutes. This game feels complete and does not seem to be missing anything with the dev adding things as time goes by. The progression system is interesting, you get xp for combat and survival stuff, so your character reflects your playstyle. I just get so disappointed with big triple A companies that cant make nice games like this and Im happy to find a hidden gem of a game. It would be nice to get an artifact system, but that might be too close to Stalker. Although we could get serums that give permanent radiation resistance in future patches....Or DLCs.. ?

Best strategy game of all time IMO.

I was very excited for this game. But .. I cant recommend it.
Combat is terrible.
Inventory is terrible.
Repetitive game play.
Building the ship is terrible. All panels looks same you just materialize them with magic/technology. With this technology its a wonder humans have any trouble at all.
Resources are unlimited and just fly to you on their own non stop.
You cant starve cause food is ALWAYS available. You cant die of thirst cause water is everywhere and you can just make it forever, you cant run out of fuel, you cant run out of construction materials.
Everything is angular and blocky no aesthetics.
Somehow you cant make an energy ray that melts metals into atoms but cant make a lazer gun and have to use a crossbow for battle.... The "Materializer" can make circuit boards for computers but cant make a gun?

And if you just want to explore for wanderlust you will find that EVERYTHING looks the same and locations are super repetitive and most are Identical.
Oh ! Lightning struck your ballzoon ? you cant tell cause it looks pristine? want to fix it anyway? Just point a thing at it for instant magic repair with no interaction...

Dont buy it yet, its a mess. Very unoptimized will have terrible fps even on most powerfull machines. I get the feeling that this might be one of those games that never leaves Alpha. Crashes too often!!! Too many game breaking bugs. Its not even in Alpha stage more like they just got the thing running.

Great game. I want more battles easier ways to upgrade your army(any family should be able to use any armor in my opinion), faster map travel. Somehow my graphics are worse compared to the demo( must be work in progress etc. Cant wait for full release. Putting it on hold for now.

Let me start off by saying that this game had potential. But it shows that its a budget game that wants to be a top dog. I would value it at $15, if you can buy it for that go for it.
Some description
Lame story, old gods true gods new gods gods act like weirdo's etc etc. There is no mystery. And if there is I missed it all.

Beast forms... The only beast form you ever need is the rabbit for fast travel on map. And you get that from the start. others seem redundant and take too much of your limited inventory to carry around. Ans tehy are weak compared to the only useful class.

Inventory nightmare..... You have very limited inventory, you do get weight reduction bags but they do little , for instance there is a bag that reduces you alchemy ingredients weight, another for armor, another for weapons, another for food and potions etc. Alchemy ingredients weigh almost nothing so the bag is useless, other bags reduce very little weight so USELESS. And you can oly use 2 bags ! so you have to carry all of the different bags with you and juggle inventory constantly.

Weird UI, you only have one button for potions but you can scroll trough them BUT the UI hides itself so you cant tell what potion you selected and there is a 30 seconds cool down so if you take the wrong potion, good luck. Game said you can make the UI stick but it still turn itself of randomly.

There is a souls scouting technique but its useless, I never use it cause enemies can NEVER catch you if you run, they give up and leave you alone quickly. There is no enemy you cant kill at level 1 , you can go kill the golem mother its level 70 I think by shooting it with a bow and kiting it, it will take a while but you get a ton of stat points while fighting it.

All classes besides Necromancer are weak and useless. Necromancer is so OP it can kill anything 40 levels above its class with ease. And if you stack books that summon the highest undead and rings you can run around with 10 top tear skeletons that will decimate anything without you lifting a finger. So playing any other build is sad.

There is a thieving mechanic and stealth mechanic but I havent even noticed it working or whatever. At night you can steal anything easily and the stuff is just laying there on the floor...outside...Stealing has no impact or reason to exist in this game.

Small map. Its a very very small map. very little to do. if we compare it with content ammount to a game like baldurs gate (2) its maybe a tenth of the amount.

gameplay involves running around collecting plants and food to make potions and to cook to then sell it all because you never need to use them.

Great little game to keep you occupied and having fun. Many mods allow for customizing the game to your play style.
