I just checked in to it, It cannot be transfered. (Sad Face). The only way to change ownership is if the owner leaves the group and the next oldest officer (by join date) will now be the owner.

Hey Devil, Skilz wants me to give him ownership in the steam team fear group. I tried but I am sPECIAL and can't do it. Any clue how to make that possible? On a side note, I hope all is well and i hope your Daughter is doing fine!
