Like most people, I look for entertaining ways to pass time. In this day and age, that's usually video games or making music. Not many good ones exist IMO so my list is specific that I will normally bother to play. With about 20 years of gaming experience I'm pretty well established on what I do and don't like.

My preference for play style is usually cooperative with elements of realism; Usually coop and pvp (rarely) if it's done correctly. My definition of COOP includes team deathmatch which other people might consider pvp. While I don't care much about graphics, I didn't build a gaming rig to look at blocks either.

Bad Company 2 (but not others in this franchise)
Portal (big maybe if in the mood)

Silent Hunter 4 and 5
The Forest
Evochron Mercenary

Other games are not listed because I simply don't like them or not aware that they exist. Yes, I mean all of the games not listed above because if it's on steam, I've probably already sampled and formed a conclusion about it.

I have grown tired of sitting at the keyboard, so If it's doable, i'll use my steam controller.
