Purchased twice, for PS5 and now PC. I think this game is a masterpiece. I can't say enough about it, but I'll keep it short.

-Looks wonderful
-Controls handle like a dream
-Oozes atmosphere
-Interesting Story
-Challenging yet doesn't feel unfair
-Fun A** Gameplay

To me if feels like if Metroid Prime, Risk of Rain 2, and a Soulsborne game had some crazy love child...this would be it. Few games evoke can emotions of dread and triumph like a Souls game, but Returnal gave me those feelings again and it was wonderful.

To put it simply, this is From's magnum opus. All the best elements of previous titles along with their unrivaled world building, patented combat, attention to detail and deep lore. Nice to see GRRM's influence as well. GOTY for sure.
