Soul Ring has been removed because it doesn't serve a purpose beyond the laning phase. Overall, Urn is better long-term and the meta is shifting away from Soul Ring. I liked it, but each time I played; I realized it delayed a lot for very little. You have Arcane boots, nullifying the use of Soul Ring practically later on in the game.
