Early Access Review
This game is labor of love from the small developer crew. Weapons are well rendered, gameplay is legit, map design is probably the biggest let down. The player community is actually surprising, you don't see much toxicity in this game as in others. I think if the map design was better fine tuned, this game would be a 10/10. I give the game a 8/10. This game is a throwback to the Battlefield of the old.

For a casual game that enables you to either fix a car or create one from scratch it is incredibly fun. In my opinion the graphics are good. As in all of these games, the progression system is on the slower side but is rewarding with you unlock new abilities.

The only true negative is even though you can fully rotate the camera 360 degrees, it still can create issues when fixing a car at a weird angle.

Having not played a 2K basketball game in about 10 years. It was definetly refreshing to play this game. Obviously in 10 years graphics get a huge upgrade and gameplay becomes flushed out.

That said 2K has alot of issues with their company through bad press and corporate decisions. I am happy to have bought this game and played it without spending any additional money.

That said I probably will not be buying next years game, even though there may be slight improvements and huge roster updates I dont want to be sucked into buying a new version every year especially since its unclear 2Ks intentions.

Terrible Frame Rate in multiplayer. Made it impossible to play with friends. Requested Refund.

Payday 2 is the sequel to the first. The true robber game, plot your crime converse with your team and execute it.

+Graphics are more than acceptable
+Weapons customablity is intense. You can also customize your masks as well.
+Offer quite abit updates for free
+Difficulties are customizable to almost impossible
+Hard to master which adds to replayability
+Options to do missions either stealthy or loud
+Have different skill trees that you customize as you upgrade

-/+ Basic upgrade system
-/+ DLC is always controversial and this game has alot of DLC. I have not bought any and do not intend on doing so. DLC includes weapons, missions and characters. I do feel a bit left out with how much dlc is offered but, due to the price and how many I feel it is a bit extreme unless this was the primary game I played.
-/+ The sound effects are decent. There isn't much to say about that.

- At the start of the game you have your hideout. This mechanic is never used or developed more. Kinda disappointing.

Verdict:
8/10

This game is very fun cooperative game. This game plays a bit like insurgency coop, you have to be able to work with your teammates or you will fail your mission. Would like to see the game mechanics built up more rather than added weapons & missions. I

recommend this game on the grounds of buying the initial game and not the DLC.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a fascinating and exciting First Person RPG. The game is set in a fully immersive new-age cyber-punk world. This game is the third produced in the series but is actually the prequel to the first two games. The game revolves around what makes your character human, you acquire biotech abilities in an accident and the story starts there.

Pros:
+This game has one of the best backstories and additional immersive written content. I would equate it to playing Mass Effect at times with all the little journals and stories to read.
+ As you progress you have the ability to customize your biotech. You can pick from a variety of upgrade trees and abilities both passive and active.
+Graphics are amazingly crisp and detailed.
+The gameplay is fluid and even though the game is set in the future, the physics are realistic.
+The game offers a variety of difficulties
+Maybe some of the best music I have heard in a game in quite sometime
+The quality of the sound effects is something to be heard as well.
+ You have the ability to play most missions stealthy or loud.

+/- The stealth system is nothing too unique and combat can be repetitive
+/- The game is set in an open world environment but sometimes you feel it’s a bit linear after all.

Cons:
- Lacking weapon variety.
- Ending is anti-climactic and lacking.

Verdict:
9

I look forward to seeing this series continue and develop. If you want a challenge, a game set in the future and/ or a stealth based game this can be lots of fun. If you want a straight up shooter this may not fully impress you.

Full Review based on PS3 Console Play, but equally as beautiful and executed on PC.

Insurgency started out as a Half-Life 2 mod, and its developers created it into a standalone game. The developers focused on creating a game which was a realistic hardcore military shooter, and they succeeded. As a player you are not given any benefits of having a HUD like in other shooters ie. Counter Strike or Call of Duty; not knowing how many bullets are left in the chamber or who is friendly. Additionally, friendly fire is always turned off so be careful.

Pros:
+ The graphics are spectacular everything from the blade of grass to the smoke grenades.
+ The sound effects are intense, not many games pull of realistic sound effects like gun shots and grenades.
+ As a player you have the ability to play as both Security Forces & Terrorists - Similar dynamic as in Counter Strike.
+ You have the ability to customize weapons, due to the fact this is a realistic simulation you can only customize by weight & points system. This system makes it so that you have to decide if you want features like a scope or silencer etc.
+ Each player has to pick a specific class upon joining a team. Each class has specific weapons types and gun modifications, making it a unique game experience with each class. -- Being a realistic simulation each team only has a select number of people in each class - ie. no more than 2 snipers per team.
+ Insurgency has a fully functional party experience. Joining on friends is simple.
+ Insurgency provides many modes between co-op and regular multiplayer gameplay

Cons:
- As discussed before, each team limits the number of individuals who can play a specific class, due to this, if you wanted to switch classes with another player the only way to switch is if you or the other individual were to swap to the spectator position. I wish there was a request option to change positions with another player.

As all hardcore games, the quality of the gameplay will depend on your team and communication skills. This game is hard to master, which can make it both fun and frustrating.

Tips: Always reload when you can, beware of your surroundings, and keep your ears open.

Verdict
9/10

If you want to be a president or dictator of a country, try this game. Democracy 3 offers a variety of challenges to the player, which may include: riots, homelessness, credit downgrades, etc. Each challenge takes patience, skill and the right choices to remediate the given issues. In addition, you can implement various decisions, which will change the views of your citizens. Being able to make your citizens happy is one of many concerns, which will go through your mind while playing.

This game is a pure political simulator. Do not expect graphics like in shooters, this game offers many flow charts and data screens, which can be a bit overwhelming at first. You can easily find out which decisions may influence specific groups and at times one decision could make your population so unhappy, you could be assassinated over it.

DLC is always controversial and if you opt not to purchase it, this will not affect your initial gameplay experience but will make this game less replayable.

Replayability is a big factor when deciding on purchasing Democracy 3. Through the game itself there are not many nations to play from and depending on your thoughts on DLC purchases this may affect your opinion. This game does have a modding community so you can download extra nations if you wish.

The only negatives: The nation immersion and music. I honestly did not feel I was in control my specified nation like America, France etc. The only nuances you felt were the currency and the starting point of your nation but since the music and displays looked the same for each nation. Additionally, I wish you had the ability to create diplomatic ties with outside nations and create a trading system to boost the economy.

7/10 - Based on buying 1 DLC.

This game is one of my all-time go to games. Counter Strike: Source is the predecessor to Counter Strike: Global Offensive. Which has become an instant classic.

+ This games graphics are still prestine and sharp.
+ The gameplay is arcade in style and less completive than the new Counter Strike: GO.
+++ The biggest plus in this game is the huge modding community. There are many game modes ie. Surf, Zombie, Warcraft, Gungame and Iceworld, as well as custom maps.

- The gun sounds aren't as realstic and which are more clangy vs bullets
- There are many custom maps / modes offered in CS:S through servers, due to this glitches do exist more regularly on those servers
- There are not many weapons offered in CS:S

This game is much different than the newer CS:GO which should be taken into account when potentially purchasing this game. The arcade style of CS:S makes this game better for a more casual player and the community is less aggressive in nature due to this. CS:S modding community makes it close knit on many of its servers.

When you look at the quality this game had produced and the community it shows that regardless of how new and updated CS:GO is, CS:S has its own following and will not be dying out anytime soon.
