Decent enough game, that is swung into the "don't bother" section by clunky controls and a truly awful team AI.

To begin with, it feels like a half-assed console port (though it does play better with a controller). The cover system works well enough, but actually trying to glue your guy into cover fails about 10% of the time. If you're not glued to the wall, you're 100% out in the open - a recipe for an easy death, and yet another reload from the last save point.

The AI is laughably bad. If I tell a teammate to stand behind full cover, either he'll run forward into a different spot with half cover, or into the open to try and shoot at the enemy. Grenade lands nearby? They'll just stare at it before being obliterated.

Forget trying to flank or other fun tactics - while getting behind the bad guys' cover does give you big bonuses, the maps are so claustrophobic that it's almost impossible without soaking up huge amounts of damage, or getting stuck in a dead end and dying. Combine this with the clunky movement controls means that it's easier and safer to pick them off from a distance.

The storyline is decent enough and the hub is well set out, with mini missions through them to keep you interested.
The art and graphics are also neat, with some great atmospheric elements in the missions. It's just a pity that the gameplay lets it down.

Seamlessly mixes Run n Gun with Sneaker style gaming elements. Combined with a great soundtracks, and heaps of referential elements to other games (including an original wolfenstein game easter egg).
