This game is bad on so many levels. It's a bad port from a smartphone gacha game. In typical gacha game tradition the start okayish. You get plenty of resources at the beginning but very soon you hit a hard paywall. You will have to spend a hundred hours to get anywhere as a non payer or have to pay ridiculous prices to get anywhere (maybe).

The story is hard to follow and very uninteresting most of it is told as a textblock in visual novel style that weirdly has text appearing in about 3 fps.

The graphics are bland and uninteresting and you will have to fight thousands of clone enemies with no tactics. You can just shutdown your brain and press the left mouse button until the red bar is gone.

It got so boring and repetitive that i started using a third party tool to shoot faster. Got banned until 2033. 10/10 would do so again. Thank you for the developers to force me not to waste my time anymore.

Overall i can recommend it.

- The difficulty of the puzzles are on the lower end. Never got stuck for more than a minute or two.
- It took me about 5 hours to reach the end, which isn't especially great but good enough.
- The story is a bit of a mixed bag overall it is good and nicely written but it has some issues.

1. There is less haunting than i expected, most of the time you are dealing with mundane problems.
2. Seemingly important characters and events appear out of nowhere only to be forgotten and never mentioned again.
3. While the finale was fantastic, there should have been more moments like that for a glowing recommendation.

I wish i could recommend this game. But it suffers from some major disappointments.

1. The "mechanic" of changing realtity is disappointing. There are no real options just linear uninteresting ones. It might just also be called the rubble remover.
2. There are some stealh sections that are really frustating and no fun.
3. Certain plot holes also exist. Why do i have to suffer through a stealth section only to teleport the bad guys away, which could have been done in the first place?
4. Last but not least, it suffers from the "it was all a dream" trope. Why developers keep on throwing their good story into the toilet at the end will always be a mystery to me.

Dredge is a very nice fishing simulator set in a lovecraftian universe. I can absoluty recommend this if you are searching for a relaxing experience.

And this is the strange thing about this game. Even though it is supposed to be in a world filled with horror, there is no horror in this one.

The game can be atmospheric at times but never more than that. It is also very forgiving and the difficulty is almost non-existent.

Buy this if want to play a relaxing game in the Cthulu universe.

Kynseed is a game that at it's core could rival games like Stardew Valley. But sadly it is holding itself back in several major areas.

The progression in this game is extremely tedious:
1. Each tool gets better by using it, so far so good. BUT the amount of grinding is insane. You have to use a single tool over ten thousand times to progress to the highest level.

2. This game has skill trainers and to learn the skills you have to give them a way too large amount of items that have a certain star requirement. Which in itself is not bad but it mixes with point 3.

3. To aquire a higher quality item you have to fulfill VERY specific conditions like pick it up at dawn, ride a pig, during a storm, while being followed by a dog or while you eaten something that gave you flatulence (this is not a joke).

These conditions are everywhere and every time you pick up an item you have to look in a wiki to see if you can fulfill these conditions or not. If you don`t do this you cannot progress.

After 40 hours of gameplay i feel like running on the same spot with hardly any progression.

Only buy this if you are prepared to spend over hundreds of hours doing a lot of busy work.

Very short but also very good adventure game that lets you take a peek into the dark ages of mankind in which religion plagued the lands along with the black death.

This game is just a complete mess. Almost all of it feels a badly written comedy skit while the author tried to put in the most unfunny and painfully dumb jokes that mankind has ever created in there. In rapid fire mode...
I did not laugh a single time.

The story itself is everywhere ranging from interesting to the most clichè scenes.
The characters can be incredibly annoying and have no charm.

The first Tales from Borderlands did everything much better and the whole time i played this game, i wanted to quit this one and replay the old one.

This point and click adventure game has a very nice atmospheric-horror vibe going on. The puzzles are rather easy so that you will hardly ever get stuck anywhere. The decisions the game hands to you sadly never have any impact aside from a bit of different dialogue.

If you want to spend an entertaining evening with a nice horror story this game might be for you.

FYI: Played through the whole thing in one sitting on "Hard Mode"

Pro
- Great Music
- Original/Great Voice Cast
- Great Art Style
- Puzzles felt good, nothing hard, never got stuck for longer than a few minutes
- Story is mostly great (more under negativ)

Negativ
- This Monkey Island has no minigame like insult-swordfighting, ship combat etc. like the previous games had
- I experienced a few bugs mostly graphic glitches and one crash (which might not exist anymore at the time
you are reading this)
- The ending. This is the worst offender by far for me. It was VERY disappointing for me. It is next to
impossible to talk about it without massive spoilers. But i try:

Everything like character development, the climax of the story, entire characters new or old. Everything just
vanishes into nothing from one scene to the next. Leaving only a bitter taste behind. Imagine the confusing
ending of MI 2, only ten times worse.

I was very close to give this game a negative review just because of this. But since at least 90% of the
game is great, that would have been very unfair.
