I like it, it has good atmosphere, graphics are cool, and the mountaineering somehow feels real. The missions have a good length, like 1h ish. So it's a good game for in between.
There is not so much content though, so replayability is not that big. I feel only slight differences between the 3 character types, and the procedurally generated maps are somehow infinite reprsesentations of the same.
Playing on hard makes the route finding more challenging and interesting, but exploration almost impossible.
It's an entertaining game idea, so if you like alpinism, give it a go.

This game may very well be the best CRPG there is. There are several reasons for this: combat is really fun, the writing is good, things are not black and white. The game isn't balanced in the conventional way, meaning that you will all the time be trying to stack the *** out of your attacks and other actions. This leads to very cool fights with a lot of epic or cheesy ways to advance. So it's a real gamer's game.
The crossplay an coop options are phenomenal, no other game is on par.

But beware of several things:
- The game does not work like other popular RPGs, be it Fallout or Elder scrolls with clear questlines and options. The logic is different and based on your real perception as a gamer. This is not a bad thing, but might confuse you.
- It's combat oriented. There are not so many peaceful solutions, you got to make decisions based on how you want to roleplay, and this often dictates who or how you kill, with repercussions on your storyline. I don't dislike being forced to make decisions, which makes the game extremely replayable and intense, but it's less about creating your very own story, as you would conventionally do. It's closer to those books where you are the hero, but largely more complex.
- The interesting aproaches don't reveal themselves easily whitout googling or starting several playthroughs. The game is pretty long in itself, so getting to the bottom of things is extremely time consuming.
- I am no fan of the gear and crafting system. That your best armor set you needed several hours of gameplay to get together becomes useless 1 level later, makes me crinch. (I seriously consider using mods to make this bearable). Crafting is not really for gear, mostly for support. I can't shake the impression several important things got ditched at the last moment before release. Free DLC quality of life mods are now part of the game, making things better, but if activated, there are no achievements. I am really not convinced by this decision.
- The level barrier for certain things is too extreme in my opinion. This is less a problem when playing the game solo, but in coop this is an issue. With my wife we got so stuck in Driftwood, as we had not been powerplaying through Fort Joy. Missing levels, skills, equipment and so on, we could not win a single fight thereafter. Admittingly we had not been paying attention, but then again, you might consider playing the game on easyiest for a chill coop experience.

Nice graphics, hand drawn, the story actually worked very well with my 6 year old, and he solved most of the puzzles himself, the moment he understood the game system.
Except some achievements (ex: snowman) and rare game situations (ex: fishing contest) the game is not too difficult.
Maybe the sole downside in a way: too much text (especially for the young'ns, I was literally doing a private voice over at home), and a little too few "cutscenes".
Less ideal for weathered gamers.
All in all refreshing game. I liked it.

I think this game is very charming and chill and everything works quite well together, although I have a number of comments for other potential buyers, because in my opinion the game lacks content:

- the best part of the game is identifying and using plants, so I think the game mechanics really lack the "shopkeeper/gardener" feel, which is illogical as there are lots of plants with no use (except Epilogue, but disappointing), and in my opinion this should have been the main part of the game. I don't think this would have been that difficult to implement further.
- the story part lacks description and/or illustration. I mean the background and plants are beautiful, why just stop there? This is an immersion problem, because I really did not get the relations with other characters by reading the conversations alone. The ending told me I was friends with people which came totally to my surprise. That's poor, especially when there are complicated decisions to be made.
- I would have loved a text search option for my own labels and the encyclopedia. 77 plants are a lot to remember. This contributes to the "librarian" charm of the game, but somehow organization should be nicer.
- you gotta be able to read cursive (I find this refreshing, but yeah youngsters will have their difficulties)
- almost no replayability and short, so 15€ is a lot. Pick it up on a sale.
- obviously cut content: there are a number of plants in relation to memory, taking or restoring. But there is no storytelling related to this.

6/10 - Overall I had a nice time, but they should have done better

This is good stuff: the investigation works quite well, and by paying attention or rereading the excellent logs (although not searcheable, but hey it's not 3000 pages), the investigation in itself is not that difficult, but very rewarding. I was quite happy to be spot on for every conclusion, on the first playthrough (no savegames). I'm not so sure I'm going back for a worse ending though... but there might be more then I suspect, as there are 8 endings in total, so why not... Very cool animations and sound. Very recommendable!

I am not happy about this one. First of all, this should be an early access game. Everything is clunky, shallow and repetitive. Full of bugs and generally unfinished. It's like everyone wants to be CD Project Red right now...
There is potential, some nice ideas, but it gets smashed by the nonexistence of player choice, intelligent play, automation, or motivation.
If you like wine and portable games, give it a try, but for any real person interested in oenology or management simulations, just move along...

Listen, I am not telling you anything new about FIFA, the legendary sh!theap from our favourite developer EA. I am not using Ultimate team, or any real money gambling (yes that's what Ultimate team is), nor Volta, nor any other online modes. I'm here for the manager career mode, and this year's edition is a little more complete on this front (actually FIFA 14 was more elaborated).

Here my main rage reasons:
- Your own skill is not important (after acquiring a certain habit). The AI is solely verifying if a game is important by scripted events (yes it is scripted, though not by precise actions during a game, therefore it is very difficult to really prove), for example a cup match, or a league match where you could gain first place are by far more difficult then other games, sometimes even unwinnable. The first game of a session also seems a lot easier then the following ones (I'd really like someone making a statistical survey of this). If you have a low level team, other teams will cut you some slack, and you will get destroyed in the second season even with a better lineup. Taking 2 fast goals will make your team slower and worse, so a comeback is almost impossible in a lot of situations, though doing the same to an AI will equally nerf his team. You will be jumping from 8-0 victories to 0-8 defeats easily.
- The quality of your players and the team tactics are equally irrelevant, because see above
- The referees and keepers are very often wrong
- Ultimate and Legendary difficulty only makes the game slow and frustrating, without seeing actually good football from your opponents. Only you will have a harder time scoring, and they will be faster and more precise, which I would consider as AI cheating. (Your 90 speed striker will easily loose a run against a 70 speed defender).
- Nothing is really new from previous versions, hence the pricetag is way to high
- This game teaches you all the wrong things about computergames, sports and life in general. Stay away and try other drugs.

Problem: If you like football, there is not much around with this much detail that would scratch your itch. So we all stay hostages of EA. I see what they are theoretically able to achieve, and that makes playing this game for over the last installments, exceedingly frustrating. And no it never got better!

I first played this on Ps4, the last mission broke the system and crashed every time, so I believe the programming is not really optimised, nor are the graphics specially beautiful. On PC it's not broken, still laggy, but at least it has that going on for itself.

But why the hell would I rate this so-so game up if there is no support, no DLC, no nothing more coming from the DEVs?

Well it is actually the only game I really had fun playing with my wife in local coop. That is a ******* achievement.

So what makes this one special?
- Simple mechanics. Anyone with a tiny bit of tabletop or computergame experience will grasp the game in minutes. This is perfect, because normally the games are either too complex or too reflex oriented (anyone then needs some kind of training to have fun) and your playmate will be frustrated.
- Good mission length. It's not a 2min brawl nor a 6h grind. You'll finish missions in about 30-60min, depending on what you're trying to do. So it's actually comparable to a tabletop game among friends (no pen&paper RPG) on a dinner party. If you like cooping RPG's check out Divinity 1&2. Works well, but very long sessions, of course.
- Good fun while playing because there are enough things to discover, exploration journeys to fail and rockets to blow up.
- No conflict generation. This is important: As fun as it is to play your favourite shooter against or with someone your level, as frustrating it is to play as newbie with or against seasoned players, something everyone that had to play Mortal Combat or FIFA against his best friend, without ever owning the game, has experienced.

Ok it's far too easy for a single-player, and there is not really a lot of content, but it's one of the best local coop crafting/building games, where you're still able to read the UI on a 60" screen with normal resolution (Yes Terraria I'm looking at you o.Ô).

So try this with your partner and you'll see what I mean.

This is good fun. Nothing to wild but a good package and you'll be hooked to finish the storyline.
