Extremely well-made and written game all around.
Definitely a masterpiece that deserves to be in anyone's steam or gaming library.
Finished the game probably at around 40-42hours (had some idle time) with great combat system that feels fair throughout the game, great overall pacing, well-done puzzles that makes you feel smart when you figure them out, great overall story. Even at full price, this is definitely worthwhile.
AAA Titles nowadays that are 60$ and above don't even give this much content and level of polish.

Loved how the progression system is not rigid and allows you in many ways be able to build your characters the way you want to play the game. No need to grind at all in this game if you spend time finding all the treasures and secrets that are placed along the way as you venture throughout the story. You can grind if you are a min/max gamer, but the game is designed such that you can complete it without much difficulty.
Highly recommended! Easily 9/10!

To Devs:
There's never a perfect game, so personally I didn't enjoy the sky armors combat very much even though they changed the way the overload system works for this sky armor combat. The depth for sky armor combat is shallow when compared to the usual combat with the characters. It definitely isn't terrible, but in comparison to how polished other parts of the game where, this is where I felt fell short.

Last but not the least, there are several interesting mechanics for combat but they are only explained once in the game.
If there's a encyclopedia (help) that can help us revisit mechanics that were explained in the game will be great. I was quite shocked that this was missing since these mechanics like wet/dry/heavy or how the overload system can be increased/reduced is very important to understand.

One of the best sandbox survival games I've played with my wife.
We decided from on start that we will not search up any information about how we should play the game for the best experience as recommended by reviews I've watched online regarding the game.

Here is one of the most memorable tales we shared together:
Having finished mining out the ore we need from the mountains, we tamed 2 wolves during this process.
The mountain we landed upon was very far away from our home base, needing a long journey through treacherous waters to reach. We knew we wanted to bring those 2 wolves home with us.

While learning to get our wolves onto our ship, these 2 happy wolves bred a wolf cub that we know we can't bring along.
That is the harsh life of a newborn wolf cub on no man's land; we decided to let it learn the way of life on its own.
After finally edging and nudging our 2 tamed wolves on board, we finally left for home.
During this journey, 3 more wolf cubs were born on board but unfortunately swept away by the powerful surging waves of the ever changing weather of the ocean.

Our wolves howled into the night, hungry and possibly whimpering for their lost young cubs; we push on!
With some luck, and the wind direction finally changing to our favour, we make haste for the nearest shore to our home base. My wife and I felt exhilarated, extremely happy that we managed to push through the unknowns of the seas and making sure that our 2 tamed wolves made it through. Sure there were some young cubs lost along the way, but we know with the 2 of them, there would be more.
We brought our 2 tamed wolves to the shore and fed them; Setting our hearts ready to bring both our loot from the mountains and the wolves home; their cosy pen already constructed for them to house their future pack.

Just as we were getting ready our cart, and unloading our loot off the ship's storage, a cryptic message appeared on our screen....
" A foul smell from the swamp" ....
I was almost totally naked as I was trying to travel light to make haste to bring the prize home, seeing the system message, I quickly wore my gear and got ready to fight, in the distance I saw my wolves engaging the blobs and Oozers, the poison mist engulfing them... There was even a newborn cub among them...
It was a massacre, a disaster, a roller coaster ride as my wife and I cried out and slain the blobs and Oozers before us.

What an experience, I will end this tale with a sharing from my wife...
"I still hear them howling..."
