Surreal psychodrama that stays firmly in the dank underbelly of the human experience. The Cat Lady is very much a game that is defined by its story, and thankfully that story is excellent. A few disjointed elements that seem to arrive and leave out of nowhere, but overall its a well crafted tale centered on an interesting protagonist. As far as how dark it gets, I'd say it treads that line of being deliberately provocitive but never quite goes over it, which is hard to pull off.

Gameplay is classic point and click adventuring with some puzzles that were quite tricky, however because everything is on a 2d plane and its always very clear what you can interact with I was never that fustrated (no pixel hunting here).
